I didn't have an appointment I was just a walk in and they seated me right away it was a Tuesday afternoon and they were not busy.

I forgot to check their hours and they accepted me in no questions asked and just told me I was the last walk in! I just did a simple single color gel nail (dark red/brown). The girl took her absolute time with my nails! She was very beautiful too I had to tell her! She was also very gentle, she was I assume American like all the other techs because they all spoke great English and it was nice to have a conversation with someone speaking the same language. I'm not meaning to be racist WHATSOEVER! But sometimes the language barrier can be hard to have a good quality conversation about something other than nails. Anyways, my nails turned out great! The second time I went to try a lash lift with a different technician! I fell asleep! Hahaha! She was very gentle, I hardly felt anything except at the beginning of course when they're putting down the strips under/over your bottom lashes. She had a very cozy blanket I could cover up with I even went and bought myself one of the similar texture! All the staff is super friendly, very in detail about their services, the environment is beautiful and they even have a "kids menu" if you're looking to take your mini me's!! You can tell each person working there takes pride in what they do and I'll DEFINITELY be going back. I tried going someplace closer twice and left VERY disappointed. When they ask if you want something a certain way, if there's an extra charge, they are not transparent about that and don't bring anything in writing. Yesterday, I was asked if I wanted a different color with my dip. I had no idea it was a different process altogether or that there was a $20 upcharge! When I questioned this at payment (also don't show breakdown before you pay), the answer was "she told you that and you agreed". Excuse me?! I wouldn't be questioning something that I agreed to. I spend a lot of money in this place getting a full set and pedicure nearly every 2-weeks and they're still going to communicate this way?! Time to find someplace else to go. I've had this happen before and enough is enough. Not over $20, but merely due to rude, matter of fact, unempathetic communication that lacks a customer-centric business. She got some of it off and instead on wiping it on a paper towel, she actually wiped it on my flip flop. I tipped accordingly, left, and promptly found a new place to get my pedicure redone.
