I went to this nail salon & had to have them redo my nails & pedicure FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES in less than 2 weeks! Absolutely horrible at their job!!! It also doesn't matter if you make an appointment, they are unbelievably rude & will tell you to leave if they're busy regardless of your appointment that you took off work to go too. This place was the best nail place that I've ever been to and I will definitely be coming back. it only took them an hour to do snowflakes on each nail and a snowman for nail art. I had the WORST experience at this nail salon. I went in to get a pedicure and a manicure the lady that did my manicure was wonderful and polite but Tammy, I believe who gave me my pedicure was sloppy, gross, rude. She dumped my nail clippings into the water while my feet were in there getting a pedicure and continue to add nail shavings and clippings into the water And then kept wanting me to add my feet back to it. She did a horrible job on my toes and when I asked her to fix it and what was wrong, she grabbed my feet aggressively and kept boiling her hands in the air. Poor service. I was rushed through so fast. The manicure was poor. I chose a higher end pedicure and it may have lasted 15 minutes. I am not high maintenance at all. I very rarely get my nails done but I was looking to have a relaxing time doing my own thing. The lady just did everything so fast, it was not relaxing. She did a sloppy job on my nail polish. She had to redo the polish three times because the top coat wasn't setting and there were pieces of lint, hairs getting caught in the polish. The third time I just sucked it up and dealt with the particles that are bumpy under the top coat. She put ear pods in during my manicure and talked incessantly to whoever was on the other end and tried to blame me for the nail polish not drying properly. When I got to looking around about halfway through things just did not look clean. There were dirty stations and the holders on the side of the chair were gross. The tubs had liners but everything around them were not clean. I won't go back here. read more

if I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I've ever had in my life. We had an appointment made days in advance for two high-end spa pedicures. We arrived at our appointment time and had to wait 15 minutes prior to being seated. After finally being seated, the water was ice cold and there were no spa treatments in the chair or water. left sitting in Coldwater for over 10 minutes after reporting it to an associate and kindly asking for more water. several techs walked by me and just looked at me with my feet out of the cold water, and I finally was so upset with the experience that I decided to leave. when I asked the manager why nothing had been done and why I was being treated that way the only thing he could say was "someone should be there soon?" $80 for a high-end spa pedicure experience is outrageous, especially without a polish change considering the way they treat the people that come in to spend their hard earned money. I suggest you take your money elsewhere - zero out of five, worst experience ever, do not use solar nail spa 2 in Sherman. read more

One of the best salons in the area. I've had several manicures, pedicures and nail sets done here and I've never had a bad experience. If there's a blemish (which is rare), they'll immediately repair it and happily send you on your way. With an up-in-the-air schedule, I hardly ever make an appointment, so welcome walk-ins are a blessing. I've never had waited more than 5-10 minutes either. Y'all.. do NOT go here. I'll walk you through it. First, it took 2 seconds for my friend to have her toes worked on. 30 minutes to get someone over to me. I can excuse that. I rarely get my nails done and I wanted a relaxing mani/pedi. After this lady comes up to me, she asked me what pedicure I would like. I told her the cheapest one. She proceeded to ask me 2 other times to get a more expensive one. 2 MORE times after that if I wanted to pay extra for gel. My friend is next to me getting a nice massage and all of the works. She tells me it's extra to take the gel off my my 2 toenails. Fine. She filed the top coat off then added some sort of gel that made the paint bubble up. She got it all over my toes and it felt like my skin was being burnt off. I asked for her to wipe it off of my skin and she got upset with me. I then got lotion slapped on my legs, then the paint on my toes. No top coat on my toes. She moves on to my nails. I would've rather have my 5 year old niece paint my finger nails than go back here. I got top coat on one hand. It makes sense though, she was looking everywhere else besides my hands. For the love of god don't come here. read more

Normally go to Dallas for my nails but needed a fix so chose to go here get acrylics removed and regular manicure and pedi. Everything was good until the lady doing my nails chose a pink that looked like pepto pink I asked for more nude so I tried it on couple nails not liking it I asked if she could put a lighter pink or nude on top she proceeds to tell me theirs a wait and they are busy I said yes but I dont wanna leave with something I dont like. She gets mad forsure, so I said you know what dont worry about it leave it. So now I'm stuck with this horrible pink and stuff all under my nails from it not being cleaned. Sorry for no tip but I'm in the service industry and that's not right! Wont be back ever! read more

Upon walking in, the lack of any kind of waiting area makes it obvious that this is going to be a roll 'em in, get 'em out kind of place. My friend and I were tended to quickly enough, and shown to our stations for pedicures. I was charged an extra $20 for gel polish, I'm used to an extra charge for gel, although I though $20 was a bit steep and it prevented me from getting anything beyond a basic pedi. The basic included a five minute massage and hot towel treatment. The towel was so hot that she took it off my leg and ended up just wrapping my foot in it when it cooled down. I got a rock massage on one leg only. My friend paid for a 30 min massage, and got 15 min. This place was wall-to-wall manicure stations and pedicure stations, no where to even sit down. Also, my toenails were cut crooked, not a big deal, but annoying. I won't be back. read more

It was alright. The place was super busy, with no wait area, on a Saturday. I got a pedi and ordered the deluxe ( that is suppose to have a 30 minuet massage). My massage was only 15 minuets, unless they add in all the minutes to rub the salt scrub and mask before the hot towels. I will pick another place next time I'm in town. read more

She owed the employees a lot , and had a lot of reasons for not paying back. That's too bad because Everyone works and deserves to pay, so they can support their family and mortgage. Some work to make money to feed the kids and babies, and now no milk and food for them. Hope all customers know so they can avoid coming to the store for even 1 time." well... me and a friend sat here for 2 hours and 1 lady in the entire salon was doing dip nails. she didn't do a good job. she told me my nails were too hard to do and was trying to make an excuse for how horrible they looked. she pulled and tugged on my hand after i had winced and she knew it hurt but continued to do it. i do not recommend coming here. take the time and go somewhere better. read more
