The employees were wonderful and personable But... my pedicure... ‍ Every single toe had the polish lift off after two days. Every single toe. And this was a gel pedicure. That stuff should last for a month. And when they cut my toenails down it's all uneven. One big toe they sheared off the inside corner. This is how people end up with ingrown toenails. They also have sharp edges and weren't buffed properly. Four different people touched me during the pedicure, too. Why? I don't know if it's a poor quality product they're using or just poorly executed. But for 50 bucks plus tip it's not worth it. Not even worth going back to have it fixed. The gel manicure is just ok. The top of the nail should be smooth and it's uneven in many places. At least the polish stayed on. And it's the exact same polish I used on my toes. This review is specifically for Vee. I have seen her a few times for eyelash extensions. To provide a little background, I asked if it was possible to change my appointment, and after we talked it seemed clear that wasn't possible, so I kept my original appointment time in my calendar. She reached out later saying she could in fact change it for me. I did not see the message and she proceeded to cancel my original appointment and fill the new slot she was suggesting without any notice. So, when I finally saw the message the day before my appointment I reached out just for her to tell me she cancelled my appointment. When I told her I would now have to find someone else to do my eyelashes she said: "UMM I tried fucking moving people around for you & your bitchass saw the damn message & didn't reply so tf am I supposed to wait on your little $68 when I got people to see? Gtfo of the DM BYEEEEEE" For anyone who does not feel like getting cussed out on a random Sunday night, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. read more

This is probably the best nail salon I have ever been to. You do not have to have an appointment. The people in there listen to what you want and have a large variety of of colors for dip nails including glow-in-the-dark and color changing. Definitely will come back next time I'm in town! read more

Bottom line: The best nail salon I've been to. Everyone speaks English fluently, they are fun to talk to, the place is clean, and my nails look great. This was my first visit to US Nails. I walked in and they got to me within a half hour. It was very nice to be able to have a conversation with the manicurist; it's the first time in a long time that a language barrier wasn't present. It appeared that all manicurists were following sanitary procedures (a huge thing for me because my sister once got a terrible infection from improperly sterilized tools at a different nail salon). I have short nail beds which make my nails hard to work with, and usually they don't look too great or I get cuts from the tools. The man who did my nails here did a spectacular job and my nails will look great for graduation this weekend. Thanks! (As a note: my french manicure cost $25, tax included. I love this place so much! The daughter is so gentle on your nails and if you've hurt a nail she's understanding and goes easy on it. I've been there twice and will keep going. Plus the daughter speaks fluent English. She remembered me from the first visit. I love being able to talk with her and be friendly. I haven't had the mother yet she usually does pedicures. Huge plus is that to take old nails off it is only $5! I moved out here about 10 months ago and the first two times I ever got my nails done were horrid. My nails hurt forever. At this place it took me a day or two to get used to having tips on and it was a little sore. But that was only because I never do anything to my nails so they needed help. I was passing through Sherman today, really needed to get in & out in a timely manner. I looked them up before to see what time they opened, so I could hopefully be one of the 1st clients of the day. Unfortunately google had hours wrong, so I ended up using that 30 minutes to run a few errands. Looking at the outside of the facility I was a little skeptical as it was older, but decided after other reviews I would give it a chance. And I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, the customer service was excellent!! Eve did a beautiful job shaping my nails, the texture & consistency of the nexgen powder was spot on, smooth & sleek, not too thick or bumpy. And the company/conversation was pleasant, and nice!! Thank you, I plan to visit/use this facility in the future if I happen to be passing through the area again. read more

Two of us walked in for pedicures - we received assistance immediately! We were actually allowed to soak for a few minutes which was nice as some places barely let you get your feet wet! Our pedicures were very luxurious but the price wasn't! Looking forward to another one in the future! read more

Nice nail salon centrally located in Sherman. Their staff is really friendly - one's been working as a nail specialist for more than 30 yrs - and their prices are really very low. They did a good job on my pedicure as well as my manicure - none lasted very long though (the gel finish started cracking after 3 days) which was a disappointment since previous ones (at other salons) have lasted longer. If you aren't expecting - or wanting - a longer lasting mani/pedi then this is a great place to go to - their prices are so low that you can easily have fun with nail colors and go change them several times a week/month! read more

Not super happy with my nails. There was a large gap of real nail that the acrylic didn't cover. Overall it was quick, kind of painful with all the nipping and filing, and I wasn't being a baby, there was a ton of filing which ran over delicate skin. The foot massage was hard to enjoy because my nails were being scraped and filed to the nail bed. It was quick and more inexpensive than I've paid at other salons. read more

First visit to US Nails and couldn't have been more pleased. The salon was clean and, unlike some salons Ive been to, very friendly. Lynn did my toenails and was very thorough, professional and gentle. I got the luxury pedicure....what a treat! I highly recommend this establishment. read more
