She did a horrible job on the pedicure itself (didn't do what I asked, tried to use a drilland I had toe nail polish all over my toes. She got some of it off and instead on wiping it on a paper towel, she actually wiped it on my flip flop. I tipped accordingly, left, and promptly found a new place to get my pedicure redone. Also, I had asked for a classic manicure at the same time as my pedicure. The owner said they didn't have time to do them at the same time. I then witnessed 3 employees sitting around on their phones for 30 min. Needless to say, I went to the other place for my mani also.
