Then I called the owner and complained about it cause I paid a lot since I had some powder thing put on top of it and they never mentioned it was $15 extra anyways I told her about and she was just trying to defend herself and nothing. a few days later a nail came off and I went there they were super rude they had something that looks like pink and I said that's not the color and she goes let me do my job and start talking on their language and laugh about it. That stuff should last for a month. And when they cut my toenails down it's all uneven. One big toe they sheared off the inside corner. This is how people end up with ingrown toenails. They also have sharp edges and weren't buffed properly. Four different people touched me during the pedicure, too. Why? I don't know if it's a poor quality product they're using or just poorly executed. But for 50 bucks plus tip it's not worth it. Not even worth going back to have it fixed. The gel manicure is just ok. The top of the nail should be smooth and it's uneven in many places. At least the polish stayed on. And it's the exact same polish I used on my toes. I will not go back.

I've been here before a couple years ago. Work had me in the area and I had a pretty decent…read morepedicure then. Today was much different. Maybe the lady was tired. Maybe she was sick. But honestly. I think she was just lazy. Salt scrub was but in rubbed in a few strokes and then washed off. I mentioned I had a lot of dead skin on my heels... but she used the grater a few strokes and stopped. When I asked if she could go back in for more, the look was deadly. So no. I won't be back. But more importantly I always tip. Always. Always based on service. This is the first time in my life I left no tip. At least I'm honest. She started he stone massage at 3:04 pm and I kid you not, she was done with both legs at 3:08. I did day, that's it? She said the stones are cold. The hot towels stayed on for 30 seconds. I'm typically not picky about my pedi, but this was ridiculous. From the time I sat down to leaving was 33 minutes. Left to dry my toes in the car I was so mad.I'm glad I didn't do my nails here. Don't use the lady with clear glasses and bleached orange hair. Worse pedicure ever. On another note, the lady next to me was getting an AMAZING pedicure. She arrived at the same time and when I was walking out, her lady just started scrubbing her legs. She even mentioned, you're already done? Yes, my love, I am. First the ladies are very very detailed, they truly take their time, and make sure to get all hair. In the past at other locations I always have to ask staff to go over here or there one more time... here once they are done they are truly done. Second the face massage you get is a nice touch!
