When they ask if you want something a certain way, if there's an extra charge, they are not transparent about that and don't bring anything in writing. Yesterday, I was asked if I wanted a different color with my dip. I had no idea it was a different process altogether or that there was a $20 upcharge! When I questioned this at payment (also don't show breakdown before you pay), the answer was "she told you that and you agreed". Excuse me?! I wouldn't be questioning something that I agreed to. I spend a lot of money in this place getting a full set and pedicure nearly every 2-weeks and they're still going to communicate this way?! Time to find someplace else to go. I've had this happen before and enough is enough. Not over $20, but merely due to rude, matter of fact, unempathetic communication that lacks a customer-centric business. The only thing that is consistent.

When I asked to have it redone the man doing my nails walked away and never came back. Ended up having one of the head guys fix it. Came back today to give it another shot and my daughter waited 45 minutes after her appointment time. When checking out I asked to confirm which pedicure she received and was treated with an extremely rude attitude. I stated I was trying to clarify because we waited so long and I didn't get the pedicure I had marked either. Never a sorry for the wait or anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I forgot to check their hours and they accepted me in no questions asked and just told me I was the last walk in! I just did a simple single color gel nail (dark red/brown). The girl took her absolute time with my nails! She was very beautiful too I had to tell her! She was also very gentle, she was I assume American like all the other techs because they all spoke great English and it was nice to have a conversation with someone speaking the same language. I'm not meaning to be racist WHATSOEVER! But sometimes the language barrier can be hard to have a good quality conversation about something other than nails. Anyways, my nails turned out great! The second time I went to try a lash lift with a different technician! I fell asleep! Hahaha! She was very gentle, I hardly felt anything except at the beginning of course when they're putting down the strips under/over your bottom lashes. She had a very cozy blanket I could cover up with I even went and bought myself one of the similar texture! All the staff is super friendly, very in detail about their services, the environment is beautiful and they even have a "kids menu" if you're looking to take your mini me's!! You can tell each person working there takes pride in what they do and I'll DEFINITELY be going back. I tried going someplace closer twice and left VERY disappointed.
