When they ask if you want something a certain way, if there's an extra charge, they are not transparent about that and don't bring anything in writing. Yesterday, I was asked if I wanted a different color with my dip. I had no idea it was a different process altogether or that there was a $20 upcharge! When I questioned this at payment (also don't show breakdown before you pay), the answer was "she told you that and you agreed". Excuse me?! I wouldn't be questioning something that I agreed to. I spend a lot of money in this place getting a full set and pedicure nearly every 2-weeks and they're still going to communicate this way?! Time to find someplace else to go. I've had this happen before and enough is enough. Not over $20, but merely due to rude, matter of fact, unempathetic communication that lacks a customer-centric business. The lady was insulting saying my hands have lots of cuticles and it's gross. Wanted me to to get gel polish and I chose just to have paint done. You can see through the pics that I have cuticles left. She also cut ALL my nails off. Maybe she thought I didn't deserve the nails I had because I work hard. No massage or oil on my hands... I work very hard with them and it's winter, so I expect them to be dryer than normal, but when she asked if I was a farmer and I said no, she said no reason why your cuticles look that bad, I was insulted enough.
