I did that, but then couldn't find the coupon in the app later on when I went to pay. They wouldn't honor it and acted like they didn't know what Yelp was. This salon is amazing! Amy, the owner, takes such great care of me. Her work is exceptional. I love that she is particular and does everything so perfect. I have acrylic nails and she is an expert at doing them. They look so natural and trust me when I tell you that I've been to other nail techs in the area and they have no clue how to do acrylic nails the right way. On top of that, Amy is such a gifted artist. The designs she hand draws on my nails leave me speechless! She can draw and create almost anything. She is quick and prices are comparable to other salons. Amy makes me feel so special every time I come in and I love that about her. As a bonus when she is finished with my nails, she gives me a hand massage and then wraps my hands in a hot towel. And then a bonus on top of that is that she comes around and gives me a shoulder and neck massage. Oh my gosh I am so relaxed when I leave I can barely walk out of there to my car. I love my nails after she finishes with them. Nobody can do work like she can and like I said - I have been to other techs in the area and they don't hold a candle to her work. I almost didn't want to mention her name because if she gets too famous from this review she'll get too busy to see me when I need her but that would be selfish of me and I couldn't do that. They kind of painted my nails... it was a mess, missed corners, left a bunch on my fingers and they redid my toes twice. The first guy was smacking his gum so loud and the second Lady was giving me mean glares. I didn't even ask them to redo it. There was a bug a little bigger than a quarter on the ladies leg, and the guy that was doing my nails was shaking like he had withdrawals. And overall the place was gross. I got my lashes done for $150 they were not what I asked for at all I asked for hybrid. She gave me what looks like drag false lashes. It took 2 and a half hours. When I tried to open my eyes once she was done my eye was glued shut. I love my nails when I go here but I definitely will never be getting lashes here again. Also they didn't tell me how expensive these would be until after. I can still feel the glue it's super thick and every time I blink it hurts. I'm super irritated. read more

My tech was very nice and friendly. Great with conversation. That's about the only good thing I can say about this place. I asked for medium almond nails with a very simple design. My first cue to stick to a solid color should have been when my tech said "he will try his best". Unfortunately, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt against my better judgment. The nail art was awful. This could have been fixed if he had admitted that he was not capable and asked a different tech to do it. This is exactly what happened to my friend and hers turned out amazing. Since my tech's ego was so big, I ended up with chunky lines and uneven dots. After I left the salon, I noticed some of my nails were bubbly. I thought about fixing them myself but decided to go back since I paid good money for a service. When I returned, my tech admitted to using old gel polish that bubbles and pools on the ends and cuticles. Why you would admit to using an old product to a customer is beyond me. He removed the nail art and reshaped the nails. As per my request, he did not attempt to recreate the art and left them plain. When he was fixing the bubbles, he added more product to one of my pinky fingers. He did not reshape that one and only after I left for the second time did I notice that it was MUCH more bulbous than the rest of them. At this point, I had spent hours in this salon and I gave up and went home with my weird pinky nail. If you go here, be wary of which tech you get and speak up when something is not right. Also, I would like to add that I paid full price plus extra for the nail art that I did not even end up keeping. read more

I've been here before a couple of times and up until today it's been good. Reasonable prices, good service. I haven't been in a awhile because I had a baby 9 weeks ago and finally feeling like myself and wanted a pedicure and my mom wanted her eyebrows waxed. I let them know what we wanted, and we sat up front to wait. After we were there about 10 minutes another lady walks in, super friendly and asks if she could come in an hour early for her pedicure appointment. They seat her in front of us. 5 minutes later another lady walks in and asks for her eyebrows waxed. They have her go in front of my mom. During this time they had me sit in the chair, no one came to me. I had my daughter is my lap. She started to get antsy so I used that as our excuse to leave but in reality I was upset they skipped over us twice. Poor customer service today read more

By far the best place for powder dipped nails. When I get them done here they last up to 4 weeks without chipping or breaking. I haven't a clue as to what they do differently than all the others in town but when I get them done anywhere else they last no more than a week and a half before I get chips and cracks. Maybe they dip them more and or heavier? read more

Not a good experience at all! First time there to treat my Mom for a birthday pedicure and immediately didn't feel the happy vibe in there. It was hot and stuffy. It was 80° outside and felt like it inside. We weren't really greeted and I had made an appointment. My nail tech didn't know how to take my regular nail polish with glitter off my toes with out hurting me with the nail file. Plus it took her a while to get started and my Mom was already almost halfway done with hers. I just said politely I didn't want the manicure because she wasn't understanding me. Plus when she asked what drinks we wanted and I said white wine and my Mom said me too she looked at my Mom and said "really"? Amy saved the overall bad experience and gave me great care and offered to make it better and give me a pedi. As we were paying out to leave I asked Amy about the 30% off advertised online and a woman who worked there, I'm guessing was the manager, said rudely no we are not doing that anymore. I said it is on your home page expires 3/31 of your website and she didn't have anything to say. I now see it is no longer on the website. At the time on 3/11 it was on there for a Spring Break promotion. I won't be going back. Horrible customer service! Except for Amy and Lien. read more

I can't say enough great things about this nail salon!! The salon is always very clean and well kept, including the restrooms. Everyone here is always very friendly, accommodating, and most importantly, professional, doing an excellent job. I'm incredibly picky about my nails, so finding a salon that meets my individual requirements was a real challenge, but they exceeded my expectations from my first visit. I always book my nails with Leyna, who is absolutely a master of her craft. I often get NexGen nails done, and they are literally perfect, regardless of the shape or color or I choose. One of my favorite ways to have her do my nails is an Ombré color-pink to white tips-and they are always flawless!! As someone who used to consider myself an artist-painting as a hobby-I can only imagine how difficult it is to accomplish 10 identically ombréd nails, but she does it every single time!! And whatever shape I choose, she "nails" that, too! There are several girls who do my pedis, and they all take their time and do an excellent job, as well! I'm just now getting my mani/pedis done again after a long break due to COVID19, and I was thrilled that they were still there-especially Leyna! I'll never go anywhere else!! read more
