Came in for a manicure and she was ripping my side nails out . She was using the nail dremel and…read moredidn't do the pinky nail with. Never used the buffer dremel after. She told me we were done and got me up to pay but left them looking like this. Had to ask her to sit back down to buff out the heinous mess of scratched up nail beds and dried sanded off skin. Then she only hand buffed it with the bar and didn't get the dremeled root bed. Didn't say a word the whole time until I asked her to sit back down and started yelling at the other techs with what I'm sure was about me asking her to fix it. Should have paid attention to her own nails when I sat down because they were heinous to begin with. Pretty sure she, if not everyone in there, don't have a legit license. Won't be going back.

There are just no words bad enough or descriptive enough to describe how poor of a job that was done. And for GOD's sake dont allow her to do a face wax.
