The pedicure and massage was amazing, unfortunately I will not return because the manager is extremely pushy to spend as much money as possible. Then requested my friend to leave a review & when she was honest in the review about her pedicure being cold she came over and demanded she delete her review. Service was top tier today. Jimmy took his time with my pedicure and Helen did my fill. They were both very attentive and so sweet.

There are a couple of good nail technicians here but beware of the lady who appears to manage the place. Paid for deluxe pedicure and she rushed through it. She was done in record time, nails were not cut equally and will not be back here. She couldn't care less! Beware of who you get! read more

Using a "third time's the charm or three strikes and you're out" mindset for most businesses, today was my third time here, and each time has been so disappointing. The first trip, the tech just painted over specks of acrylic dust, leaving uneven coats of color. The second trip they got top coat on my skin & the tech remedied it by filing my skin. This time, I came early, and I chose three colors, asking for ombré on two fingers of each hand. I have never had a nail tech not know how to achieve an ombré nail, but this one had no clue. Anther came over to try to fix it but failed, and this is what I ended up with. It's definitely not worth what I paid for it, but I'm very non-confrontational and unless it was hideous, I'd rather just live & learn. This might have to be a "three strikes" situation. read more

I never write bad reviews, but I'm still in pain, and will be until my nails grow out. First time there, and I sadly got my nails butchered. I already came in with short nails, and just wanted a gel French tip set, but she cut and filed them to below the nail beds. I also bled and still have indentations from when she cut out portions of my fingers. I've never had my nails this short, and they hurt. Sadly won't be returning. I feel horrible leaving a bad review, as I work in customer service and understand how busy things get. Called ahead for two mani-pedi's today and they told us to come in an hour later. We got there on time and were sat immediately. However, the salon was so understaffed that we waited for 45 minutes before we ultimately decided to leave. One of the women was extremely apologetic, but our frustration was that we called ahead and they still said we could come in. Should've just told us you were too busy! read more

Okay, here's the deal. A pedicure is a pedicure. I don't care what fragrances and fruits you add to the water. There is no reason in the world for gel polish to be an extra $29- I paid for a $69. pedicure today. Never again. I don't mind paying for a pedicure if it comes with a hell of massage!!! This didn't. This is my first and last time coming here. The polish and oranges on the water was not enough to charge $69. I'm not cheap at all when it comes to pampering myself, but I'll be damned if I come here again. read more

Overpriced for the quality of work. The staff is rude and did not listen to my requests about my nails. The lady who did my nails worked very quickly and it shows. Up close my nails look sloppy. I always get acrylic and fills and have never had them break on me. Within just a few days, 3 of my nails have already broke or chipped. My mom also got a manicure, her nails were sloppy as well. We paid about $130 for a simple fill and regular manicure. Definitely not worth it. I won't be returning. read more

i dont visit texas regularly but my sister asked me to go with her to get them done. we were both new to the area since they moved and this was my first time visiting since they moved so we were skeptical at first. i got my nails done by a woman with black hair and she did amazing. perfect shape, size, everything. she was very nice and im grateful she did such a good job. i also got a pedi done by a nice elderly man who did very well also. however, my sister was not so lucky with her experience. she got mani and pedi and didn't like either. her nails were done by a blonde woman who didn't even care to ask what length she wanted her nails done and did them way too short. my sisters toenails were also cut super short. she was so disgusted with her nails she ripped them off and went to another salon to get them done who thankfully did better. read more

My sister and I were a walk-In appointment on the 4th of July. There were only two nails techs on duty, one male and one female. We were seated quickly with no trouble... we asked for mani pedis. Both of us stated that we wanted acrylic nails for our manicures and just a clear coating on our toes. I had the male nail tech. Almost right off the bat and throughout the duration of the visit, he kept making comments about how I was "sensitive." He wasn't exactly rude... we did talk to each other and he was kind in conversation. But he made several comments about it and several times. While this may be in part, true, I would come to realize I wasn't completely at fault. The pedicures were ok... no pain or anything, but both my sister and I thought our nails looked unkempt. They didn't do very well making the nails look clean. We then moved onto the manicures... again stating that we wanted acrylics. The female nail tech who was working on my sister did a good job on her nails, no complaints there. But we both noticed how neither tech bothered to prime or prep our nail beds. For the price we paid, it felt like a bit of a rip off. But my nail tech didn't even give me acrylics, despite being told twice. He did a dip-powder thing... which looked absolutely atrocious at the end. I was assuming that it was a type of acrylic I just hadn't seen before, or the dip powder was the first step in a process I was unfamiliar with. I asked for a pink base with white French tips. With the process he was attempting, the powder colors ended up mixing and created this weird granite looking pattern in the French tip. I kept telling myself to trust the process but I should have known from the start it would turn out horribly. The nails were uneven and lumpy as well. The shade of pink he pulled wasn't even the one I asked for either. And as I mentioned earlier, he made several comments that I was "sensitive." However, upon leaving the salon and making an emergency appointment with another salon in Denison (because yes, my manicure was just THAT badly done) I had three spots on three of my fingers where I was bleeding. Unacceptable, especially for the price. I don't know if the guy just didn't have enough experience or what, but the female did fine. Won't be returning, and definitely wouldn't recommend to family or friends either. read more

I visited this nail salon today 08/29/21 for the first time and was surprised to walk in and immediately be seated for a pedicure along with my husband. We really enjoyed the service. I had my nails done as well (dip) and Michelle did a fantastic job.
