I was informed it would be $10 extra dollars to have the dip removed from my nails. I would expect to pay this if I was not having a new service. The dip will have to be removed whether I do dip or gel builder. I am upgrading to a more expensive service that will result in a larger tip and you want to charge 10 extra dollars. She was also very gentle, she was I assume American like all the other techs because they all spoke great English and it was nice to have a conversation with someone speaking the same language. I'm not meaning to be racist WHATSOEVER! But sometimes the language barrier can be hard to have a good quality conversation about something other than nails. Anyways, my nails turned out great! The second time I went to try a lash lift with a different technician! I fell asleep! Hahaha! She was very gentle, I hardly felt anything except at the beginning of course when they're putting down the strips under/over your bottom lashes. She had a very cozy blanket I could cover up with I even went and bought myself one of the similar texture! All the staff is super friendly, very in detail about their services, the environment is beautiful and they even have a "kids menu" if you're looking to take your mini me's!! You can tell each person working there takes pride in what they do and I'll DEFINITELY be going back. I tried going someplace closer twice and left VERY disappointed.
