Mario is super responsive. His team's pool work is amazing! Our pool needs some replaster work. Mario's team completed the project within two weeks. The pool after the resurfacing looks amazing. We should have done this earlier so our son could have spent more time in the lovely pool during the summer... read more

They had the right people that oversaw each step of the process seamlessly. Robert Erwin captured and quickly executed the design changes. Manny oversaw the project and answered our questions. Lauren oversaw the schedule and reconciled last minute material issues related to the Mosaics. We are extremely happy with Adam's Pool Solutions work crews. Their professional work lead to a result we are extremely happy with. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Adams Pool Solutions! Mike was very helpful at the outset, coming to our home within a couple days of my initial phone call to look at our empty delaminated fiberglass coated pool, providing us with a fair quote, and meeting me at Adams' showroom to pick out our new tile and surface. Kim went out of her way, emailing me additional photos of pools when I started second guessing my choices. Nithzia was a great coordinator, always keeping me updated on scheduling and progress. Leanne was very helpful with the payment process. Our field supervisor, Miguel, went above and beyond, ensuring the entire process went as smoothly as possible and that I was comfortable and happy at every step. Every Adams' employee and subcontractor who worked on our pool was prompt, hard working, friendly and respectful to us and our property. The entire process, including permits and inspections, took less than 3 months from my first call and the actual work on the pool only took a month. We could not have asked for more. And last but not least, we love our new Cabo Pebble Plus Beach Series resurfaced pool! read more

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for all of the key people at Adams Pools supporting our pool renovation. Michael Anderson our first point of contact and key expert resource for tile, coping, pool features, lighting, and aggregate selection-passionate and outstanding. Arsenio our project supervisor-priceless and outstanding. Gustavo Estrada our wireless electronic control installer-caring and outstanding. Noreen Sumpter- our scheduling and team coordinator-always timely in communication, clear, professional and outstanding. It was a major project aligned with a new paver deck coordinated between Adams Pools and Kiwi Pavers. The result was absolutely superb and easily exceeded my expectations in all aspects. You will not be disappointed in choosing Adams Pools for your new or existing pool renovation. Darryl Nomura homeowner read more

Adam's Pool plastered the pool a the apartment complex I manage. The project began in November and the pool fully opened in July. I only came into the property in April so there was a lot done that I am not fully aware of, but in April, the project was entering the masonry phase. I talked to a couple of people over the course of the remainder of the project. The project manager was Orlando, but I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with him that I can remember. I didn't have any negative interactions, just nothing overwhelming. BUT the main point of contact for me was the project coordinator Nithzia Flores who was AMAZING!!! If I ever wanted an update on the status or had questions about the work she was ready to answer it or connect me with anyone I needed. There were points where I was concerned about the pool being finished before the beginning of summer, and she was always open to hearing me out, and did everything she could to make it happen for me. Although it was not finished until early July, she did everything she could to coordinate with her team and the city. When work was happening on site, each of the crews performed well, and I had positive interactions with them. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because of the overall duration, but that was normally due to other factors like city responsiveness and the availability of the various departments. We were also about an hour away so that also played a factor. read more

We chose Adams Pools to resurface our 25-year-old PebbleTec pool, this time with PebbleSheen. We had some worries about our beach entry, since no one would surface all the way up the beach entry with PebbleTec any more (and yes, for good cause -- we did incur some cracking on the exposed PebbleTec after some years.) Our Adams sales rep, Todd, hosted our visit to their showroom where we could see what a beach entry looks like with flagstone installed down into the waterline. So that is what we did, we went with a flagstone entry into the beach waterline, and we are very happy with the result. Adams' masons did a wonderful job and accommodated our request for some stone placement. We had tile added along the water edge, and new skimmers and a new autofill as well. Our field supervisor Jose was super communicative and extremely helpful along the whole project. Each phase of the remodel had a different crew, each with a team that worked well together and were courteous and professional, and left the work area clean. Any issue was addressed promptly. I think it is easy to underestimate the advantages of having the all of the personnel under one umbrella. I think it makes a big difference. Scheduling was smooth and communication was streamlined. The company has a very high employee retention -- many have been with the company for quite a number of years. Adams has their own department to handle permit and inspections, and I am pretty sure Adams' good reputation helps with those processes. From start to finish our project was done in a month -- very much appreciated! We look forward to 25 more years with this pool. Many thanks to everyone at Adams Pools who worked on our pool remodel project. read more

Choosing Adams Pool Solutions was the best decision I could have made for my pool resurface! Gary was my first contact for initial proposal. He has a wonderful style in working with people. He helped accommodate our vision with experience and patience, but without aggressive sales tactics. Orlando was our project manager. He was a standout in every aspect! He is competent, knowledgeable, experienced, fair and very patient in dealing with the various issues that present themselves. Nithzia helped coordinate our project. She, also, was wonderful. She was always available and willing to help address any questions that arose on the process. Overall, this company is a class act! read more

When my pool plaster needed replacement, I contacted 3 companies and got quotes. The best quote came from Adams Pool Solutions, and I found out that they had just done a great job on one of my neighbor's pools so I contracted with them for a new pebble plaster finish along with other upgrades to my pool. We set a date to start a couple of months in the future per my request and they kept in touch, assigning a project manager, Nithzia Flores, and a field supervisor, Miguel Sanchez. I met with Miguel a few weeks prior to the start of work and went over all the details for access, my questions, and concerns. From then on Miguel did an excellent job staying in touch with me and answering my calls or calling me back within minutes. I told him it was important to me to get the project competed as quickly as possible after the start of work because we were doing the work in the summer. Miguel called and offered to start the work a week or so sooner than expected and I approved. From then on, we communicated regularly so that I knew when workers would be on site and what they would be doing. I was amazed at the quality of the workers on site who arrived as expected, got the work done, and cleaned up as planned. The contract had allowed for 6 weeks to complete the work and Miguel got it done in a little over 2 weeks. I have over 30 years of experience in construction project management, and I must say that this organization performed far beyond my expectations. The were professional and accommodating throughout the project. The pool looks great! I highly recommend Adams Pool Solutions. read more

This was the second time Adams had resurfaced our pool. Technology has improved and the efficiency of the employees has also improved in the 20+ years that have passed. The site was always protected from damage and debris and kept clean during each phase unlike our first experience. We are happy with the outcome. Our complaints would be that once the job was sold we never heard from the salesperson with one exception and that is when I sent a text looking for the site supervisor who was not responding to calls or texts. A full mailbox is not a good sign. Our assigned supervisor was not the best at communication and often appeared unaware of changes in scheduling and was also poor at relaying the technical aspects of the additional work that needed to be done. Depending on your project Adams utilizes specific crews for each step in the process. That is a lot of folks. We found all employees to be efficient and respectful. In addition this is where we were pleasantly schooled on the specifics of the process. We would recommend Adams but as with all construction projects be prepared for a few hiccups. read more

The Skyview Board met with your representative on March 25th to discuss the pool resurfacing project. We emphasized the importance of opening the pool by Memorial Day, May 31st. Adams dragged their feet during the resurfacing and seemed to put us last on their project list agenda. The pool passed final inspection on the last week of July, so the project is 2 months behind our scheduled opening date. Our homeowners are not happy. read more

We just had our 50 year old pool redone. It was a big project. It took longer than we thought it would which was the negative. However, all of the stone masons and tile workers and other workmen were excellent. We were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship. Our contact at Adam's pools, Jessica, was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Our project manager, Robert, was very experienced and helped us with any problems we may have been having. We are thrilled to have our pool back again and it looks beautiful! Our friends are enjoying swimming in it, especially during this heat wave! read more

I wish I could give the company a 5, but I can't. Jose the Project Mgr. and Lauren in the office were WONDERFUL to work with. Professional, responsive, patient and knowledgeable. However, the sales guy Greg, a different story. He did not tell us the upfront issues that we'd have regarding passing inspections. After the pool was demo' d we found out that we needed to call a fencing company to redo our entry gate to pull out instead of push in, so that we could pass inspection. A MAJOR $600 added cost that we were not informed of before deciding to resurface the pool because codes where updated since the house was built. Also, there were certain alarms needed to pass inspection; again was not informed upfront. It's unfortunate because Jose, the PM took the heat from us not being informed upfront. Our pool, however does looks beautiful and Jose and Lauren are top notch. Jose should be a sales person, he is THAT GUY!! Stay away from Greg or you will find out when it's too late what is needed to pass inspections. read more

I wasn't sure how many stars to give. Our sales person Gary and project supervisor Orlando both deserve 5 stars. They were responsive, gave complete information and were quick to answer questions. I did have several project coordinators and was continually asked the same questions for things that should have been documented. I also could never get ahold of my project coordinator on the phone and often didn't get answers to questions by email. It was frustrating when I was trying to coordinate with a pool cover company. But Orlando was great and really saved this review. Without him it would be 2 or maybe 3 stars. The work looks good so I am hopeful it will last a long time before going through this again. read more

My in-ground pool was leaking, primarily at the skimmer. Adams was one of four estimates I received on the work -- neither the highest or the lowest price. I selected Adams because they could confidently schedule the work. All the work was done in just under a month, which was remarkable. The on-side project manager, Curtis, was extraordinarily diligent in keeping things moving. Almost each day there was a different crew, but each crew was expert and highly experienced in doing that day's phase. They had the equipment, the materials, the expertise, and the staffing to make this all happen. There were one or two discoveries that caused some added work (and added expense), but Curtis showed me what was going on, so I was confident that I was getting what I needed. read more

This is the worst pool company. Our HOA contracted for them to refurbish not one but two pools as well as two spas. The project was only supposed to take a month or two, this was back in April of 2023. It is now August, both pools and spas are still unusable because they are not finished with the work. They seldom show up for work, and when they do, it is only for a few hours and then they disappear. The company is non responsive to calls placed, and when they do respond, they are are both aggressive and patronizing in their tone. They offer NO explanation why a two month project has stretched out past four months with no end in sight. I hope other HOAs read this review and think twice before contracting with this unprofessional business. read more

Had a very good experience for recent pool resurface. They responded promptly and gave detailed quote, along with stages and payment deadlines. Followed up before work started and permit issued to finalize schedule. The on site workers arrived on time, installed a smooth plaster in one day, and kept pool area spotless during cleanup. A high recommendation for Adams. read more

We had a commercial pool that needed an overhaul. Took 2.5 years. Covid did happen during this but even that doesn't explain how horrible the situation has been. Multiple project managers and multiple miscommunications. Now stuck with a leaking pool (they say it's not on them because it's a structural issue despite it being brand new) and a pump malfunctioning. There were a couple occasions where they communicated last minute and I had to have my maintenance handle things that added to the cost. Our time was not respected. It has been the worst contracting/customer service experience I have ever been a part of and I manage properties for a living. read more

We had Adams redo our pool and spa that they originally did for us 25 years ago. Because of COVID, the job was delayed but it was finally done by July 4th. First problem we had was the excess of grout/pebble tech in the tile. This was not the quality I was told I'd receive. It took 3 times to get the new upgraded tile cleaned. The next problem is the very inconsistent color in the pool finishes. About 80% of the corners where the horizonal and vertical sides meet on the steps and the swim out consisting of a 2-3 " line, has a darker color and sticks out as if we choose 2 different colors. The spa has the same issues, plus the walls and flat surfaces have dark blotchy spots all over. The general manager, Chris and foreman Jose, both agreed that this is hard to get even and had a crew come out to fix it, but it was no better after they were done. Chris & Jose said this was the best they could and would get back to me and never did. I questioned the unevenness of the colors at the time of completion but the workers said that they were in a hurry and had to get to their next job. What's funny is I never saw any of these inconsistency and "hard to do" areas in their showroom. They did offer me $500 rebate for their poor workmanship for a $23,000 job. After not accepting the offer because I felt this was an insult, they will no longer return my calls or respond to my emails. Unfortunately the only option is going to court. I would not recommend them/Royal Pools like I have done many times in the past. read more

It is my great misfortune to now be involved with a protracted pool remodel. Unfortunately my wife selected Adam's Pool to do the work. They have been camped here for going on two of months now. Occasionally a couple of guys will show up and sit in the truck until I come out. They then work for a couple hours and then leave. Now I've been told they are pulling off for three weeks. It's very frustrating to look at "ground Zero" in the back yard day after day with little progress. I have been in commercial construction for decades. The subcontractors who camp on my job site only do it once. A professional organization will schedule a job and continuously advance the process until completion. If you are considering doing business with Adams Pool beware. read more

Adams Pool Solutions did a great job resurfacing our pool. They also redid the tile and coping. Site Manager Jeremy, Lauren, and Bradley were my points of contact. The construction crew was efficient and fast. They did high quality work. I recommend using them! :) read more

Downgrading this review further. The plumbing wasn't done properly which has cost us additional time, money and frustration.

I used Adams Pool Solutions for re plastering my pool. I chose them because of their good reputation and number years in business. And I never regret. They are very professional, done every steps of the project on time. Always kept me informed Jessica Davila was very helpful as the Project Coordinator. I specially want to mention my project manager Robert Tucker, who was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable, but also has wonderful personal quality, which are as important. Yes, I know you're busy. But why are you so busy that you can't even show up to work one day a week ? Six or seven days of work have taken nearly three months to complete. About as unprofessional a company as I have ever worked with. Every one claims that they do not have the authority to discuss adjusting the payments due to the staggering delays between visits. But, they manage to deposit the checks in under an hour (literally). After practically begging for months to get a schedule for the work to be done, you are at the mercy of their whims since they will not provide any kind of schedule or assurance of a completion date. They only provide notice that they will deign to show up the afternoon before, but you better have check in hand there and then. I was an idiot for allowing this project to go forward. This company is obviously so greedy and unconcerned with customer satisfaction that they take on every job they can, and worry (or not) about scheduling them after they've got the money. If you don't have it in writing, you can't trust anything they say, and even then I suspect you'd need a lawyer to get them to hold up their word. It's my own fault for not insisting on dates in the contract before I signed anything. Don't repeat my mistake. Make sure dates and penalties are clearly spelled out before signing. One star for the actual work done, which was good. Minus four stars for being wildly unprofessional. read more

A deeply disappointing experience, despite the quality of the final product. We were quoted 6 weeks - and the job took 6 months, nearly 8 if you count the end point being the final inspection. A series of missteps, missed permit deadlines, inaccurate information and overall dreadful communication caused delay after delay. The subcontractors used were generally good - although messy and I had to spend nearly $2k repairing the grass around the pool area, and carting away debris. A great shame that I have to leave this low review, because the pool looks great, the pool cover is smooth and I liked our on-site person. Head office though need to get their act together, accept constructive criticism and offer a reasonable discount based on the mess above. read more

This is the update to my original review; I hope folks can see both versions. After I posted the original review, the warranty department sent out a tech to address the backyard lighting not working. The tech addressed the issues and we can now enjoy our BBQ and the lights in the backyard. A couple of areas of feedback: 1) scheduling department: prioritize all customers not the contractors that get to bump paying customers just because they bring more $$ to you. Our next door neighbor decided to resurface her pool 6 months after we signed our contract with Adam's. Adam's Pool resurfaced her's before ours because her contractor had priority versus us. 2) If contracts are end all be all, then be willing to put the quoted timelines by your sales folks in the contract. Any delays, Adam's Pool compensate the customer back. 3) quality of the switches: during the electrical work, cheaper circuit breakers were used, knowing that they easily trip. Saving a few $$ vs. customer satisfaction? What is the priority for Adam's pool? Our backyard lighting issue was caused by the inferior circuit breaker installation. 4) Better documentation of the materials when contracts are signed. We went out to the store 3 times. The original materials picked were not documented and we needed to re-pick them. Once chosen, the vendor was switched so we needed to re-pick the stone type and color with the new vendor. I recognize that they are busy and have more work for them. I wonder at which inflection point their lack of customer service will catch up to them? Upgraded the stars read more

Adams totally "remodeled" our existing pool last year - pebble tec, tile, coping. It's awesome and they did a great job! I give Manny a lot of credit for overseeing the entire project. The scheduling was a little loose but I accept these are difficult projects to schedule. This review is really about a more recent follow-up. A crack appeared in the pool and it became significant - that sucks for sure. But, they came back and Fortino spent 3 days making the repair. He repaired the underlying plaster, replaced the coping, pebble tec and tile. We originally selected Adams in part because we believed they would honor the warranty - and they did. They did this repair as warranty work. Naomi was great to work with during this process. I have recommended Adams to friends and family and will continue to do so. read more

We had a leak in our pool and Adams pool was recommended to us by our landscaping contractor. Curtis came in promptly and looked at it. The scheduling took a little bit of time but the team came and fixed the leak in half a day being really cautious about breaking the wall in the least invasive way so we wouldn't have to empty the pool. We had been ghosted by another contractor before and while Curtis had never worked on our pool, he really went above and beyond to get it fixed. I am so glad they came over. Highly recommend them if you want a team that cares about their customers. read more

So happy that we decided to go with Adams pools for our pool remodel. Gary was great from the start working with us to come to an agreement. Then Jeromy was the project leader. I needed to change my tile and coping at the last minute and never felt like I inconvenienced them in the least. They made sure I was happy with my selection. Guillermo, the mason, designed a beautiful wall behind our spa - his workmanship and eye for design is excellent. Very pleased working with Adams Pools from start to finish, all the workers are very professional and kept everything clean.
