They provided different options to resolve the issue. Our water level is now stable, and we finally have peace of mind.

So, as COVID was in full swing and we were spending a lot more time outside in the back yard, we decided it was finally time for a pool. The filter I received was approximately $1600, probably cheaper with their bulk discount. I was charged $2600. Therefore, they are making about $500/hour. They also replied and said that "gas and warranty" factored into the costs. I know gas is high in CA but they are based in the same city i live in. Also the 3 year warranty doesn't cost anything as it comes from Pentair directly for any licensed installment. I don't mind somebody making a lot of money, but the fact that they don't admit that they charge $500 / hour is what I have a problem with.
