Just love the experience at activate. Way to get your heart rate up. I went to activate over the weekend with my brother, sil and husband. Way to bring out everyone's competitive nature. It is a fun place for all age groups and definitely will be coming back. Give it a try and you won't regret it. We did the 60 minute package

I've always heard about these immersive game experiences, but never tried one. I was ecstatic at the opportunity here! I liked how each game you play is in short spurts of time, so it really gave me a chance to experience all of the games. It definitely got me up and moving! The staff there were okay. They didn't seem too thrilled and didn't really greet us with a warm welcome. Rather, it was meek and didn't feel too welcoming. Also, there was a game where one of the foot pads weren't working properly, so it didn't actually register my inputs. I'd recommend anyone to give this place a try if you're looking for an immersive game experience and to get moving!

How did I not find this place sooner! I went with some friends and we had the best time here. The workers were so helpful and I really like that a locker is provided. I honestly can't wait to come back with more people.

Such a cool spot for an outing! My team came here for a work outing and it was so much fun! Be sure to come ready to workout because the activities here involve a lot of physical movement. The place is locate at hacienda crossings which has a ton of ample parking. No food or drinks are allowed in the area so be sure to consume prior. They also have lockers for storage. We did an activity in all or the rooms and I would say each one has it's own flair. They have ones where you can go grocery shopping, ones to shoot basketball, ones for throwing balls, laser ones, etc. My favorite was the laser one for sure! You have to be clever with how you navigate through the lasers. Make sure to click the ? on the screen to read the instructions. I'm for sure coming back again!

Came here on a Sunday night around 1.5 hours before closing, party of 5, we had reservations beforehand. We're a mixed coed group in our 30s for context. If you haven't been here before - dress ready to run and sweat. There's multiple rooms with different games of different physical activity tolerance required - including ones where you press matching buttons on the wall, trivia, shooting basketballs, running around the room avoiding lasers, throwing baseballs at virtual asteroids, etc. This place is super fun! We opted for $30 for 60 minutes since it was my first time, and I definitely broke a sweat and was glad I wore comfortable shoes. Thankfully on a Sunday evening, it didn't feel crowded at all, the most we waited for some rooms was maybe a few minutes. I would recommend coming here with someone who has done it before, because there is a sort of a learning curve of how to prioritize your time with the rooms you enjoy playing. The wristbands make it super easy for your group to "tap in" to the screens outside the rooms. They also have lockers where you can store your stuff, and little "prizes" that you can win for earning points (think cheaper things like waterbottles, keychains, etc). It's super fun for people who don't really like working out, and it's a great place to burn off energy. I loved going with a party of 5 because it made the team games really fun to play. There's also water fountains for when you get thirsty. All the staff were super nice when we came and the large parking lot is easy to find space, especially if you come in the late evening (I think if you come on a weekend during the day, it's probably riddled with kids parties haha) 10/10 will come again!

Our first time here, and we had a blast! We made a reservation ahead of time, so we were able to check in at the counter when we arrived. We were given wrist bands (to track our gaming activities) and registered ourselves at the kiosk. We got another wristband to place our items in one of their lockers. I liked that we didn't need a key and basically just scanned the band to open/close the locker! The employee gave us detailed instructions before we started, which was super helpful. There are various games to choose from for each room and lasts 1-3 minutes each. There is also difficulty levels to choose from. We were able to play as a team but wanted to also play competitively against each other but didn't know how to. Maybe that is something we can figure out next time. Our favorite was jumping on the colored grids. You get to move onto the next round once you've successfully passed your current round. Because of all the physical exertion, we made sure to stretch beforehand. We played for 90 minutes ($45) and thought that was plenty of time but of course there were some games we didn't get to play. This place is great not only for kids but adults too. Definitely recommend coming here with friends/family!

    saturday morning opening!

Super fun experience but it gets pretty crowded! We showed up when they opened on a Saturday morning and were able to play a couple games without getting kicked out of the room, but had to wait in lines quickly afterwards. Came again on a Sunday evening around 8:15pm hoping it would be less crowded, but there were lines at every room. The lines move pretty quickly though since if someone's waiting you can only go through one level. Mega Grid and Mega Lasers are the ones that usually have the longest lines so if you get an opportunity, try those ones out first! Coming later in the day is also a different experience - in the Strike and Hoop rooms, a lot of the balls end up on the floor throughout the day :(. In the Portals room, the first time we went in the morning we had one ball which made it a lot harder and when we came in the evening it looks like someone maybe brought in another ball from the Strike room! Doing some quick math, it looks like they allow 20 people for every 15 minute booking online. The first time I went, I think I saw 30 openings so maybe they're working on improving the crowd. There could be as many as 6 groups overlapping at one point so that's 120 people across 12 rooms. Some people come as bigger groups, but a lot of people come on dates so there could be anywhere from 2-5 people per room. Busy, but still a fun activity!

There's 15ish rooms and each room you can play different variations of that game. This is the screen where you pick the game and "tap in"

Came here to celebrate a friend bday. We were a group of 10. We had no idea what to expect but man did we have the best time. If you haven't been here dress comfy and bring your sneakers. We all had such a great time. I came back this week with my hubby for a day date. Just me and him or a large group the games are so fun and added bonus it's a work out. This is my second time there and Jarryl was there both times and super helpful.

This place is so fun!!!!!! Plenty of rooms and games to choose from. Staff is so friendly if youre w first timer. They just open less than 2 months ago. Once you sign a waiver you activate your wristband which collects all your data for game, coins and when you level up. It saved your data so every time you come back it just adds to the current player. So each game will be a different level when you come back. Reasonably price. Kids age 6 & up. Cant wait to go back

Didn't know this place existed till my ex husband who did some work here with his company back before they opened. We had a blast and man it was a work out. Fun for all ages and I'm happy there's a place for my kids to go burn off energy. I like how they provide lockers so you can place your things so you can run around. Pricing is a bit high but it's worth it. There's also water fountains in case you got hot and sweaty. You rack up points and can trade in for swag. Each room is about two minutes so you tap in and wait but it goes by pretty fast. Go check it out for yourself!

This place is super fun !! We came here for the first time!! all the rooms are super fun. Make sure you wear your gym clothes because it's gonna be a lot of active activity going on. Haha will definitely come back in here again !!!

    Fun for whole fam!

The store itself is really cute, with useful gadgets and cute towels and knick-knacks. I was part of a group of 12 for the Express Spanish class. There are many different cuisines to choose from, and different durations (e.g., express-1.5 hours, standard-2.5 hours, ultimate-3.5 hours). What made this class run so smoothly is all the prep work that was done ahead of time. Each member had their own apron with their name on it. The cutting boards, ingredients, and tools were laid out around the kitchen. Bruce, the owner/instructor, first gave us demos on knife technique, garlic crushing, and juicing with a fluicher (flat-juicer). Many of these tools are available at their store. Then we worked on different parts of the menu in teams of three. Some of us cut tomatoes, while other crushed garlic. As far as actual cooking on the stove, only 2 members were hands on. After cooking, we sat down at their dining table and ate our meal together. Menu: Gazpacho, Garlic shrimp, Pan con Tomate, Manchego y Chorizo Tostada. Everything tasted good, but my favorite was the garlic shrimp. Hygiene was very important throughout. Longer hair had to be tied, and once we washed our hands, we were no longer allowed to touch our phones. However, Bruce did a great job of taking plenty of pictures for us. Overall, a very fun way to socialize while making something together. I highly recommend this for a team building experience.

At $80 per child for the most basic package on a weekend I expected a higher level of service. Throughout the party, I had to ask for everything. I had to request water pitchers, ask for a candle and lighter, and no one offered to help cut the cake. The staff didn't offer much help coordinating the event. I've had parties at Pump It Up, where the staff was much more attentive and proactive. I also had an unpleasant interaction with an employee (Scott?). The employee's old white car was parked in front of the facility, with its windows completely down and a cracked windshield, and its alarm went off. The employee came outside, WALKED ON THE HOOD OF HIS CAR to turn off the alarm, and then accused me of hitting his car. My husband and the five children in my car all confirmed that I didn't. After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. The kids enjoyed themselves, but the overall customer service was not up to my expectations. When I book a party I like to be stress free, otherwise I would just host a party at my own house.

From the very beginning, Diane went above and beyond to help me plan this special day. She answered my many questions, worked through every accommodation with me, and made the entire booking process seamless. Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made me feel like she was just as invested in the celebration as I was. By the end of the planning process, I had unofficially promoted her to honorary bridesmaid status. When we arrived, Valeria and Kayla were fantastic. They immediately jumped into "surprise mode," graciously playing along by checking us in at the host stand and escorting us to our table without giving anything away. Their teamwork helped keep the bride-to-be completely unsuspecting until she walked into a room full of family and friends. Valeria also accommodated my request to play a millennial throwback playlist, and every hit had us singing along--it was the perfect soundtrack for the afternoon. Our server, Skylar, was equally wonderful. She made excellent wine recommendations, was attentive without ever making us feel rushed, and truly made us feel at home. Even after our reserved time had ended, she warmly invited us to stay and continue enjoying ourselves. What was supposed to be a two-hour brunch turned into nearly four hours of laughter, wine, and celebrating, and we never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. The beautiful winery, delicious brunch, excellent wine, and stunning atmosphere were everything I had hoped for. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the people. Diane, Valeria, Kayla, Skylar, and the entire Murrieta's Well team created an experience that felt warm, personal, and genuinely special. Planning a surprise from start to finish can be stressful, but thanks to this incredible team, all I had to do was enjoy watching my best friend's reaction. So I have very mixed feelings about this place. Some things are incredible. Some things are not…read moreso great. I am a member of the "Legends" club. So that to me means it's top of the line membership as indicated by their pricing and what we get. So I feel I should get top notch deals, pricing and service. Turns out, we get the same shaft as the lower club members. Starting with the good, the location is pristine. Nice area with lots of room for kids and adults to mingle and play. The wine is also pretty darn good. Of course there are some better than others but I enjoy most of their wine. The service is also for the most part very good. The waitstaff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Their food is also pretty darn good. It's not incredible, and a bit overpriced but it's fine enough. Their wine pricing is also fair (but of course with the highest membership we get the biggest discount). My biggest complaints would be the price gouging and lack of communication. We made arrangements on a Friday to show Sunday with 6 and asked for the "VIP space upgrade to lounge or upstairs Vista Patio Lounge (when available)". They said no problem. When we showed on Sunday they said it was closed with no notice. Just a sorry. OK whatever. We sit inside (6 people and 2 children) and they charge for 2 children a "non drinker" charge of $10 ($5 each). A head count charge for non-drinkers? For children? Total nonsense! I am spending over $1,200 a year here and you want to gouge me for someone's kids? Their tastings are $40 a pop which is really crazy. Our price is waived on this so that's fine but if you are not a member you are paying a lot for a little. The wines do take a bit of time to come and they don't give you a lot. Kind of a bummer waiting for the taste. We ended up with 4 appetizers (sliders $24, Charcuterie $25, Tater Tots $12 and Pretzel Bites with Grilled Sausage $16) 2 bottles of wine and $4.25 for water and the bill was over $250. Oh and top that off, with 6 people, they charge a mandatory 20% on the bill for a tip and are basing that with taxes (as the button default), not the actual sub-total so they are actually getting about 23%. All in all, I am not sure that the cost is worth what you get. I mean we are giving them a lot of money just to be members and then having to pay more and more for anything else that really should be included (like water and kids) makes this place just a bit too over-rated for me. Probably end my club membership in the fall and go someplace that doesn't place money first.

She chose the clay art activity with a "Sea Friends" theme because it sounded creative and exciting for the kids, but the actual experience did not meet expectations at all. There were only three very simple animal designs offered, which was far too limited for a two-hour birthday party and not engaging enough to keep the children interested. The employees assisting with the activity did not appear to be properly trained to host or manage a children's party. Their instructions were unclear, they spoke very softly, and there was little enthusiasm or interaction with the kids. The atmosphere felt dull and unorganized instead of fun and energetic like a birthday celebration should be. Many of the children lost interest quickly because there was no excitement, guidance, or effort to keep them engaged. What was most disappointing was that, despite booking a two-hour party, the actual clay activity lasted only around 40 minutes. After that, there was very little for the kids to do, leaving them bored and restless for most of the remaining time. As a parent spending money to create a memorable milestone birthday for my daughter, I expected a much better-planned and professionally hosted experience. I chose this place hoping it would create happy memories for my daughter and her friends, but instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both the kids and the parents attending the party.
