We went to the Best Buy (Pacific Sales is inside BB). They had plenty of floor samples from GE, Samsung, Whirlpool, Viking and Sub Zero (I think I missed one or two). Richard was knowledgeable and professional. He put us at ease, closed the transaction quickly and we were on to the next Monday thing! I will update this review after the delivery and set up. Thanks again, Richard.

However after purchasing a few appliances here, I am SOLD. 1. I bought a washer, dryer, and dishwasher Appliance from this store over a year ago. All 3 appliances are running good so far with no issues. (Wanted to get a fridge too, but they didn't have the size I needed). 2. Sales associates are helpful. They were not pushy and are pleasant to heal with. 3. Delivery can be done on the same day sometimes. I am a property manager, if a unit has an issue, I cant wait for days or weeks to get appliances replaced. I need them the same day. 4. They go the extra mile for client. Last year, i bought a dishwasher without even going there. Rafael helped me choose one and texted me a photo. And delivered the unit the same day. Unfortunately Appliance Outlet would not install it because the current dishwasher Angel valve was old. Long story short, we installed the dishwasher on our own, but we left the old unit in the garage and forgot about it. I called appliance outlet a year later, Kimberly answered, I asked if I could pay $50-$75 to get the old unit hauled away. They normally don't do that but made an exception for me and only charge the normal low haul away fee. Thank you Appliance Outlet, if I need another appliance, I'll be sure to call you guys first. And I highly recommend them if you need appliance and good customer service. One delivery on the washer and dryer was bad though in 2025, I was watching, the driver scratched the washer's door real bad on the dolly. I recommend you guys to cover the washer with a thick moving blanket before putting it on the dolly. I hope management had addressed this issue.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. What I thought was a seamless purchase of a refrigerator turned into a…read morenightmare and a scam. I was referred here by a close friend, call the day before spoke to Jared Dyer and got good info so we came the next day. They had what we wanted in stock bought the fridge paid for the warranty and delivery even the haul away to make our lives easier. Fast forward 3 days the fridge still wasn't making ice, called/messaged Jared and let him know what was going on. I was told to let him take care of it and we would have a tech come look and see what the issue was. 2 days later no update on the tech, follow up and he said he hasn't gotten ahold of him but is working on it and don't give up faith and worst case he has 45 new fridges coming in next week so we can pick from that if this one doesn't work out. 2 days later still no update on a tech and now the freezer isn't even keeping things frozen so I send an update and he's like I'm so sorry I'll take care of you guys don't worry. Tells me to find the fridge I want and they will get us a good deal. I find a fridge through Costco and send him the details and price and he says he will refund me and to order it through Costco. I assume I'm getting a full refund because it isn't my fault the product they sold me doesn't work right? Nope! He wants to now charge me for delivery and installation. When I remind him that I had no intention of needing the return or going through this hassle and the fact they told me to go through Costco, they say strong they are still charging me the delivery fee of $100 and to have the fridge ready for pick up tomorrow. To say I'm pretty pissed off is an understatement. Now I'm not an unrealistic person, if they had hired a third party to deliver the fridge I would even understand but it was Jared himself and another staff that was already on shift that delivered it in one of their U-Haul trucks that they rent out on site!! To say they left a bad taste with me is an understatement. If you want a good deal sure they could give you one but don't expect the products to work and to be nickle and dimed as they "take care" of the issue. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this crook of a business.
