Matt was so chill, friendly, and funny. But still very professional and focused. He knew my phone situation was urgent so he helped me and delayed other stuff he was working on. He has 15 years of experience! I was able to stay the whole time and watch him work on my phone. Despite how he had to talk to a few customers while I was there, he still finished on time, in 1 hour.
