I bought my Kia Spectra FOB and Keys from here. Had some issues in ordering the keys online, but Robert responded quickly and ensured that my order went through and tracked the order through to me. I went to the Phoenix store to get my FOB programmed and Keys cut. Mike was again very helpful. He cut the keys in no time, but we had issues in programming the FOB. Finally I had to get my keys programmed at the dealership. However, this was the cheapest I could get the keys from. Despite the problem faced in FOB programming, I would rate this locksmith 5 star. Ryan exceeded my expectations by replacing a faulty lock on the security door, re-keying several locks, and checking in with me a few times to make sure everything worked to my satisfaction. He programmed the new FOB in no time at all but had to modify a blank several times so it would fit in my door lock. Went to an Ace Hardware store 2 different times to get the same key copied. Both times the key(s) that were made did not fit. My 3rd trip to Ace I requested a refund. Found out about the Phoenix location of Acme Locksmith on nextdoor.com. Later, when driving near Acme, I stopped on a Friday afternoon...almost at quitting time!...and was warmly greeted by Brian. He made my key so fast I told him I didn't even see him take the key off the ring. He said he didn't! I needed keys made for my motorhome and could not find anyone in the area that carried the keys or would cut the blanks I had already bought online from an RV store. I expanded my search area and found Acme Locksmith. I called and they would cut them and they carry the blanks, too. They charged $1 per key for their in-store service. It was a bit of drive to get there, but it was worth it. read more
