I had an ok time. I didn't lose my money, so that's nice, but it is a local scene. Many coming in and out were known by name. Not much interaction from staff...no bartender. It's a little dry. There was a water station which was cool.

Dirty Martini for a dirty lady! Chopin Vodka. Delish. They have a great food menu too.

This place is so beautifully done and laid out. I miss the other restaurant that they replaced but I love how elegantly the dining area and joining patio are designed and laid out. I don't gamble but the hostess gave me a tour of the card room/gaming rooms. Nice place to lose or win some money :D! You also have plenty of flat screen tv's to catch up on your favorite sports balling event. Everytime we came to visit when I say visit I mean have a cocktail and snack, the servers were so nice to us. Asked us if there was a channel we wanted to watch, share some suggestions on the menu. I am vegan so not a lot of choices but we were able to find something on the menu. Great beer and wine choices and just a spectacular area to sit on the patio to watch the Napa River go by! I wouldn't call this a family place as it's very pricey food price wise but it's a nice place to maybe grab some snacks and sit outside. I am going up to Napa again here in a few months to look at potential for relocation from San Diego, this place will be on my list for chilling and sipping for sure!

So I need to do better when I'm revisiting a place. ‍ this is not my first time here, I actually came for Mother's Day and a drag brunch which were both great. However let's get into this visit! It was a spur of the minute visit after a day of wine tasting and literally starving. I have yet to play at the tables! I plan on it next time. Anywho, we were greeted and seated immediately. We opted to sit outside next to the fireplace. My margarita was good, not great but good. My food and the service however were top notch. Now listen I wanted the ribeye with mashed potatoes. One thing they can do is expand their side options. My steak was perfectly cooked, I didn't want the gravy on my potatoes I found that odd to bring out with a steak but the manager rectified it quickly. They were tasty tho. My friend had the fried rice which was Ahmazing, I totally plan on getting that next time. Our server was extremely attentive. I really enjoy this place and you will too! Oh after 10, there is a DJ on saturdays. I may try to come back for that next time.

Alejandra and Dad Alex are fantastic! We went in for happy hour 2for1 apps. We had the burrata, beef carpaccio, pig in a blanket and the most surprising honey cauliflower (tempera cauliflower, honey sriracha and cashews) food was solid and the cocktails fantastic! We will be back!

Am hesitant to post this review as I don't want to "share" this hidden gem. But, I do have to give credit when credit is due. We visited the restaurant on a Sunday with our close friends to partake in their Sunday brunch. Both family's had a little toddler with us and they were welcomed and treated very well. While the price might have you second guessing, I personally think it's worth it. Not only is the food great but, the atmosphere and service matched. We were seated outside on the deck by the river. They let us pick where we wanted to sit and graciously extended the awnings for us to shade us from the sun. (Mind you this is still during the onset of COVID so the number of guests maybe skewed.) Our server, Edna, and her team was fantastic. She explained everything to us, was patient with us, and made great conversation with us. Not once did we have an empty table. The variety of food allowed all of us to find something that we liked. Young or old. The kids enjoyed the pancakes, French toast, tempura, waygu beef, and the chocolate mousse. (The pancakes were actually enjoyed by the adults as well despite how "simple" pancakes may seem.). The adults enjoyed the various yakitori, pork belly, char siu, sashimi, lobster, iceberg salad, croque madame. We tried to sample everything but our stomaches did not align with the size of our minds. To add to the ambiance, there is a really cool koi pond that the kids enjoyed looking into. The place is really layer out well and the decor is nice. The small details were thought through making the place feel modern and timeless. While I wouldn't do this frequently, in fear of having to buy larger belts, I would definitely go back and recommend to give it at least a try. Again, the price maybe alarming as it's comparable to the high end Vegas buffets but, it is very comparable with the bonus of the great ambiance and personal service.

It pains me to to change my review to a lower rating... it went from 4 stars to 1 star. I usually don't do this. But after last nights service; It would be wrong if I didn't say anything. The service was lacking. They were so busy and seemed like the were not equipped for proper staff to accommodate the people. We made reservations a few days in advance and still they stuck me & my group of 4 out in the back deck corner where it was freezing. The food was ok. The ramen was too salty. And as we are dining, they were seating everyone else indoors. I kept complaining to our waitress that it was so cold; we wanted to dine inside...she said they couldn't accompany us. That they were at 25% capacity...I told her we made reservations...still, she said the best they could do was bring a heater closer to our table. It was still freezing. We ended up wrapping up our dinner early. I spoke with Monty, the manager, & expressed how embarrassed I was because the service & setting was lackluster. How I sang their praises prior to bringing my friends, and yet everything was disappointing. He offered to seat us inside but we were done with dinner & already paid. He asked me to come back & ask for him...but it's all just very disappointing & discouraging. I wish my 2nd experience was like the first.

Literally the friendliest staff we've encountered. For a 24-hour food service restaurant, the food was suspiciously too good. Recommend the hashbrown mac and the tacos Cant wait to see the refurbished riverside patio.

While playing poker, I placed an order for food. After some time, a server walked by with food, and I tho its mine, so I asked if it was mine. He responded, "No it's not, when will be yours I will give to you," His tone came across with a bit of attitude, and I noticed he interacted similarly with other guests as well. Eventually, he brought my food. I paid with a $100 bill, and the total came out to $14, which I paid exactly--so I did not leave a tip. As the server walked away, I clearly heard him say something along the lines of "f***ing cheap," which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.i I then tried to address the situation with management. I first spoke to another manager (an Asian gentleman), who dismissed the issue by saying it wasn't his department raising his shoulders and directed me to someone named Benny. When I spoke with Benny, his response was minimal--just "okay"--and he didn't seem to take any immediate action or show concern, waited for little bit no updates or looks, nothing happened here. To make matters worse, shortly after that interaction, I saw the same server walking around and making an offensive gesture (raising his middle finger behind his back in a way that I could see). That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that expects tips and repeat customers. Later, the general manager, Michael, came to speak with me. He stated that he could not force the employee to apologize and that they would conduct an investigation--but that was the extent of the resolution offered. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression. Between the poor service, inappropriate comments, lack of accountability, and weak response from management, I would strongly caution others about the level of customer service here. So watch out don't get offended, wait for attitudes and behaviors, from long time employees what take their work for granted, old times used to be better.

This review is intended for Front Desk Guest Services and the manager, Miles…read more I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Shortly after checking into my room, both my daughter and I were repeatedly bitten by mosquitoes, making it extremely uncomfortable to relax or sleep. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue. I was told to catch and kill the mosquito myself and that, although the hotel was fully booked, the manager would come up to assist. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-up calls, no one ever came to address the problem. After waiting over 30 minutes with no response, it became clear that the situation was not being taken seriously. The lack of urgency and follow-through from both the front desk staff and the manager was frustrating and unacceptable. Even if a room change was not immediately available, I expected some form of assistance or at least basic customer care. What made matters worse, the manager later stated that there were available rooms but that I could not be moved because there was no one available to clean them. This explanation did not make sense--especially considering that my current room had a clear hygiene issue. Refusing to relocate a guest under those conditions reflects poor judgment and a lack of proper service. Additionally, there was a separate incident involving the event ticket center, the front desk staff, and the same manager, Miles. When I went to pick up my tickets at the event ticket center, I was redirected to the front desk. From there, I was sent back again, with front desk staff blaming and badmouthing the casino host employees. When Miles came to the front desk, he was cold and dismissive, simply stating that they did not have the tickets and effectively sending me away. It was highly unprofessional to witness staff openly badmouthing their peers and sharing internal conflicts in front of guests. Customers should never be put in the middle of internal miscommunication. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The manager, Miles, showed a lack of customer service--no apology, no urgency, and no effort to resolve the issue. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both service response and internal communication moving forward.

I stayed on the second floor near the highway and found the room clean, spacious, and comfortable. Amenities included a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, and free guest coffee. The shower stood out for its strong water pressure and consistent hot water. The casino was less appealing to me, as it mainly featured slot machines with only a few table games and limited tables open. She received wider notice as a semi-finalist in the first season of ABS-CBN's The Voice of the Philippines in 2013. In 2015, Morissette released her self-titled debut album. It was certified Platinum by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry. From the parking garage elevator, you did have to walk through the gaming area and past the eateries to get to the Event Center. Outside the security checkpoint, the closest restroom that I saw/used only had 2 stalls. Once you get past the security, then the Event Center and ballrooms have their own bathrooms. Ushers were good showing you to your section/row/seats. These were metal cushioned interlocking chairs, no armrests, seat number labeled on top. We were in SEC 5, Row BB, Seats 61 and 62. This wasn't bad at all to see the stage, plus they had the big screens on either side too, although unless you're in a group, unfortunately you can't choose your neighbors. 2-hour show, no intermission, one artist outfit change, acoustics were alright, special effects and lighting were cool. As I mentioned before, policy says no photography or recording but even though we got there when doors opened at 7pm, there was no general announcement/reminder before the show actually started. So, for the opening Tagalog song, many, many folks were recording video. The ushers and security swooped in, pointing and making big "X's" with their arms to get people to stop. At one point, security escorted Morissette down/through the audience aisles during a song and then fans were again taking photos and video and selfies as she passed by. I wish they would at least allow maybe the encore song or something, especially in this modern/social day and age, or a designated photo op. It was great to catch Morissette live for an unforgettable night of powerhouse vocals and pure emotion! She did maybe 4 English songs, a couple Bisaya songs, and the rest were Tagalog. Her 15 years in the industry were well-represented and songs ranged from romantic ballads like Akin Ka Na Lang and Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw to Secret Love Song, Defying Gravity, I'll Be There, and Rise Up. Jo Koy is also coming August 21-22, but those are also sold out!

(I'm going off memory here, so the rice cereal might be incorrect. just order it, you won't regret it!). soft scrambled egg with shrimp and rice this is in the rice plates section on the menu (I had to look it up, I never noticed it before). the sauce was slightly sweet but the meal was completely destroyed. fried chicken I mean; never thought it would be GOOD, but my boyfriend was so adamant about me testing it.. and it's delicious. crispy skin (almost like chips), juicy, flavorful, and with mangtomas sauce!! longsilog my tried and true? ugh, the suka too (vinegar), incredible. garlic rice? always a huge and delicious portion. god I miss it. bangus sisig bang-oose. milkfish for those that don't know. ugh, the jalapeno, tomato, lime!! and the flavor on this? I could marry it. it's also a favorite in the family, so we order this almost every time we see it. the skin? crispy. amazing every time. you're gonna come here for the gambling, but might as well eat some good food while you're here too.

Event: 2026 Kentucky Derby…read more This satellite only wagering facility gets the job done. And is the only place of it's kind within a fairly wide swath of area now. Fellow patron I met said he came from Novato to bet, because there wasn't a similar venue closer. The place here recently went through a renovation. But honestly, I didn't see any really radical differences from before. Parking to the wagering section of the fairgrounds is thankfully free (although this wasn't always so). Admission inside the facility to bet the ponies is $8. However, for the Derby this year, they were letting patrons inside for free, which was cool. Inside, they have traditional betting windows and electronic self-serve ticket machines. There's a new snack bar vendor that serves up pretty good-looking food. But, they don't want you bringing in your own (cook-dude checked me pretty good for bringing in an outside sandwich). Restrooms are still pretty spartan, bare-bones as before. There's a separate outside section for smokers. Seating availability throughout the venue is typically challenging. And in/out privileges are permitted. Most days during racing season, you could literally wager from early mornings into the evening. Bankroll permitting of course, lol. And for the second straight year, I face-planted betting the derby. As my horse came in 6th or 7th. Welp. Still, the wagering place isn't a bad place to spend the day if you like betting horses.
