The space offers more than just drinks, with a small bowling alley (six lanes) and a pool table, making it a great spot to hang out. Bathrooms are located just outside the lounge, down the hall near the elevators. Service has consistently been solid during my visits. Problem started when fireplace my picture empty got invaded by more half a dozen adults, kids, strollers, with loud noise makers. I am all for NYE celebrations, but our food came out and this group stood all around us, rude, obnoxious, made videos kids. Completely not acknowledging they are at a bar/lounge eatery. I knew it would get worse and asked boxes to pack up our food and leave. Servers were understanding and kind, but more groups kids coming in such small area. This Weekend has been one for the books! However my friends and I are left extremely disappointed and disheartened by the lack of customer service at this Bar and Lounge. First off. Prior to the start of the weekend the lovely hostess of our party made certain the times posted on the website were up to date as well as speaking directly to the manager over the phone and confirming that the Bar/ Lounge was open and serving until Midnight. To our excited anticipation of continuing our joyous evening we were immediately turned away at the door as soon as walked inside roughly at 10:45pm.. saying they were closed ?? We walked out and decided to call the Bar/ Lounge directly asking to speak to their manager and they proceeded to explain the Manager had just left - after we had just walk out ourselves. Confused we followed up asking about why their hours don't match the website as well informing them we were just there and took notice of all the people currently both inside and outside (roughly 10 or more) when they tried to explain they were closing early due to lack of customers.. they said there was only 3 people there, right after we had just directly witnessed otherwise. They continued to give us excuses as to why they didn't want to serve us and said to call back in the morning to speak to the manager we already talked to before the start of the trip. We shared that I could not have gluten so I got a lettuce wrap burger, but I was still served the fries that had wheat and onion rings on my burger. When we first got there which was around 10pm, the lounge was relatively quiet. There was a concert going on so once it let out, the place was packed. So many drunk people everywhere. My impression was that people went wine tasting during the day and came here to end their evening so there was a lot of loud, obnoxious people everywhere. Service wasn't good, It took us about 30 min to get our first drink after we waived down a manager. Nobody came to check back in with us. For our second drink, we had to get up and go up to our server to get our drink in. It was our friends birthday so we ordered the cookie skillet for dessert - nothing like BJ's - below average. Crush owes me $120.84 for a Nov 30, 2025 dinner we never had and was fraudulently billed to our room because the unknown customer was not verified to bill to our room. We were staying at Meritage/Vino Bello Resort. We quickly signed the hotel bill Dec 1. Afterwards we noticed the fraudulent room charge. We left 1-2 messages with Crush - they never called back. I called all hotel/resort numbers listed to no avail. We returned to an already booked reservation two weeks later at check-in and check-out the front desk said they'd investigate. They said they had video as well. No follow up was provided and it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone there. The 888-739-4016 number (Wyndham corp) leaves you on hold for 30-45 minutes. When you get through, it's a hot potato no one wants to assist you. Reservations number always gets through. Paying a bill always gets through. It's been a month and I remain $120.84 short and no one cares at these businesses. If you're going to either, good luck. December 30, 2025 UPDATE: So after a month of our prompting, Meritage/Vino Bello has determined that Crush Lounge - while located on the property - is not a part of the hotel/resort so no action will be taken by them. Meritage/Vino Bello consider this a Crush issue or to contact my credit card to contest the charge. I used a debit card. Crush has never returned my calls. You can bill Crush charges to any room you want. Crush will do so without validating their customer and Meritage/Vino Bello couldn't care less. They'll gladly book you a room and aggressively confront you for more Wyndham timeshare points at check in and through numerous room phone calls everyday. But they really don't care about you. Once Crush Lounge gets the vacationers' money they are done with you. read more

Crush Lounge is a small bowling alley located at the Meritage Resort. I was visiting my sister and brother-in-law in Napa and I suggested we go bowling and I found this place on Yelp. I suggest making reservations online since there's a limited number of bowling lanes. Bowling Prices: $25 Per Person Weekends $22 Weekdays $18 Daily, kids under 13 Their food was pretty bomb, we got pickle fries $14, nachos $18 and regular fries. I also got a boozy oreo milkshake $15. The pickle fries were the best! I highly recommend ordering it! The oreo shake was also a good choice. The guy working there was really nice, he was the same one checking us in and also taking our order. I forgot to get his name but he was a great staff member. We arrived at 4:45pm. Our bowling alley reservation was at 6:15pm. No one paid attention to us for 20 minutes. Finally the bartender said we could grab a seat and someone would come see us. He was the only staff member that did his job and was pleseant. We sat down and no one came to see us for another 30min. We had two hungry kids with us. When the lady came over she was rude and dismissive. We then never saw her again. I had forgotten to order my kids drinks so again I had to go to the bar to ask the one helpful staff member for help. The food came, to be fair the food is good and the place was packed so delays are expected but ignoring customers is not ok especially when it seemed other tables were getting drinks refilled left and center. Anyway - the cherry on top was when we went to bowl at 6:15 the staff dismissed us again and said there was a 1h30 delay. This could have been communicated at 4:45pm if anyone had taken a moment to speak to us. So unfortunately we had to leave and my kids ended up being in tears. I've visited the resort many times for a "Staycation" and have had pleasant conversations with the staff. During one of my visits, I met Dani Gendron, the manager of the Crush Lounge, who was tending the bar at the time. She introduced me to a wonderfully crafted Manhattan cocktail when I ordered my drink. I never forgot how delicious the drink was and how professional she was. Since then, we have established a connection and become acquainted. She's an awesome person and very professional, I would say old school customer service! I called her in advance to let her know that my family and I were bringing my sister there for champagne and dessert to celebrate her birthday. When we arrived, Dani had the champagne chilled, glasses and a table set for our party of six. My sister was overwhelmed with the service, kindness, and care taken by Dani and the staff; she said the day was magical. Our server, Myrah, was equally excellent and very pleasant, as she always is. Her top-notch customer service helped create this magical experience for our sister! I highly recommend checking out the Lounge and striking up a conversation with their friendly staff. Initially the mozzarella sticks came out still cold in the middle which is how we figured they were probably just microwaved but the waiter was so nice and kindly took them bak and reheated them. The buffalo wings were fresh and fall off the bone. The burger and chicken sandwich was fresh and hot as well. Drinks- My husband ordered a Hennessy side car but there was definitely no Hennessy in it. The waiter kindly took it back. Bowling- Seems they remodeled the place but the bowling part of it was kind of crappy. We had to constantly get the staff to go in the back and fix the machines because the balls would get stuck and the bowling pins would be stuck. They didnt have a variety of sizes in shoes but this could have been due to other large parties of people bowling. Amd then when we asked for them to disinfect the shoes that the other people just brung back the worker claimed they didnt have anything to disinfect the shoes with.i asked if they simply had Lysol to spray the shoes with and he claimed they didnt(which i found it hard to believe if they have a restaurant and bar literally 2 feet away. I asked the manager(forgot her name) if they had anything to clean the bowling shoes with and let her know i was happy to do it myself and she said they would handle it and stated we shouldn't have to do that. She was very nice and very professional and other than the man who claimed they didn't have anything to clean the shoes with everyone else on the staff were super nice and friendly. And tried to accommodate us. At the end of our bowling time they brung us a desert and apologized for the issues with the bowling. Funny to see all the pins are attached to a string like a marionette puppet when the lanes change for the second game. The four of us had a good time. The score board had a cute short carton of when you miss a spare or get all the pins. The score measures the speed of the ball. We didn't order any food. We rented the lanes for 1 hour.
