This place delivers a great overall experience with a lively vibe and a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere. The view could be a highlight, though it's currently a bit obstructed by nearby construction cranes, which takes away slightly from the full rooftop appeal. Service was a touch slow at times, but the staff made up for it by being attentive and engaged once they got to you. The wine selection stands out - short, solid variety and the option to sample at the bar makes it easy to find exactly what you like. The bartender is knowledgeable too, who was able to guide toward a full-bodied Napa Cabernet Sauvignon that nicely hit the mark. The burger came out impressively large with two patties. Didn't get a chance to try it personally, as we ordered it for the kids, but at $22, it's definitely on the premium side. Overall, a strong spot with great potential once the surrounding construction clears up.

View is super nice especially when the weather is nice. It's a nice hangout spot but wish service was better. Drinks took over 20 minutes (for their signature cocktails). Food came out fairly quick but drinks took so long that we finished our food before we could even get our drinks. When we tried looking for our server to cancel our drinks at this point, they were nowhere to be seen and there was only one other table besides us. The food was ok definitely not great and probably wouldn't come back here for food. Wings were extremely dry and needed some sort of sauce. Fries were better. Drinks were ok but not worth the price nor the wait.

Went to Sky&Vine for some apps in between wine tasting and it was so needed! The food was delicious. We pretty much got all of the sides(lol), a couple apps and a few things on their brunch menu. My fav was the lox platter and wings. The best part? Enjoying the CA sun on their rooftop. So good to soak in the sun & notes after a couple of bites if you know what I mean.

This is a lovely space on the roof of the archer hotel. As you walk in, you look out beyond and see tree tops, and hills. Although to the right, there is now a crane for a hotel going up over there. :-) We were seated under the space heaters which provided comfortable warmth. Our server was friendly and attentive, but quite ignorant on the menu. This is not her fault, but a training issue. If there is something on the menu to which she does not know the answer, then she should offer to go and get the answer. When we ask, what kind of steak is the Wagyu steak? She answered it is "Wagyu". When we then asked what cut of meat is the steak, she replied "Wagyu". We gave up. My wife and I had the margherita pizza and a glass of Pinot and a glass of cider. All of these were pretty good. We also had the Romanesco. If you ask, then you will learn the secret item which is the truffle fries. Yum! Our host ordered the Ahi Nicoise salad. The slices of fish look nicely done, but since this is supposed to be sashimi quality, there should be no bones. On finding a bone in her food, she declined to keep eating. I would have sent it back, but she didn't want to do that. I was pretty surprised to be given a plate with two clear chips in it. I think this is a place that wants to make it right so I wouldn't let that necessarily turn you away.

During our time in Napa- we came here most frequently for after dinner drinks. We did eat here once as well. Food was delicious. Drinks are creative and tasty. They have a large outside patio with group fire pits... which we really enjoyed. Nice place to stop. Our waitstaff was always kind and attentive.

While doing a little shopping in downtown Napa, my daughter and I were just looking for a place to grab a drink and an appetizer -- easier said than done! Luckily, Yelp for the win -- it led us to this adorable hidden rooftop gem we never would've found otherwise. The service was great, the drinks were delicious, and the view wasn't bad either . It was the perfect little spot to relax and unwind between shops. We'll definitely be back!

I gave this place another try and I ordered different things. I enjoyed myself. We ate the french fries as well as shrimp cocktail and we had a cocktail, the service was nice. It was a great vibe. I really wish they would bring back the raw oysters. As far as the muscles, they were not good. I don't know what kind of sauce was on them and they were very dry inside. We ended up sending those back, but everything else was a smash hit

What a fun place to have drinks! There were plenty of outdoor heaters to keep warm in the winter. We didn't have reservations, but it was a slow time of the year and was able to do a walk in to the bar for drinks. Bartender was very helpful and gave just the right attention to us.

Drinks 3/5 We visited this rooftop bar mainly for the vibes and the view. The drink I ordered was a bit sweeter than I prefer, it looked great but tasted more like mango juice than a cocktail. My friend wasn't a fan of her drink either; she felt it tasted watered down. The view was definitely the highlight, but the drinks didn't quite meet our expectations. Customer Service 4/5 The customer service at the rooftop bar itself was good, no complaints there. However, we had some trouble getting in. Even though we had a reservation and a friend was already inside waiting for us, the staff at the entrance wouldn't let us through, even after we gave them the reservation name. We ended up waiting for a while and noticed they were letting other groups in. Eventually, after our friend spoke to someone on staff, they let us in. To our surprise, the rooftop bar wasn't even crowded--there were plenty of empty seats. The whole situation felt a bit confusing and unnecessary. Ambience 5/5 The ambiance was undeniably beautiful, especially with the sunset view, it really added to the experience. The fire pit was a lovely touch and made the setting even more enjoyable. Cleanliness 5/5 The place appeared to be clean. Wait Time 3/5 The wait to get in was longer than we expected, especially considering we had a reservation. That was just our experience, we did end up waiting a bit before being seated. Cost 4/5 It was a little pricey for the quality, but the view definitely made up for it.

It was a busy place when we went there so the service was slow. They had two events so it was understandable plus two large groups so it was quite loud. Friendly staff and good food. The view is okay. It's really an overlook of the city and not much green. Good to have reservations.

With a wasabi and fennel infused vodka, it was too unique not to be curious about. Upon arriving and looking over the menu, SEVERAL cocktails stood out to me as intriguing to try. I started with the Wabi Sabi which was as interesting as it sounded. While I didn't pick up on fennel, you do pick up on the wasabi, but in the most subtle of ways. Think maybe lime/ginger sparkling water with just a hint of spice. Refreshing and different for sure. I also tried the Mucha Lucha w/ cilantro infused Siete Leguas Blanco, chorizo infused mezcal and cubes made of hot sauce that make the drink have a bit more of a kick as you allow them to melt. I did the HH chips and guac which was also accompanied with a tasty Chipotle sauce. Damn good actually. It'd be excellent served in a variety of ways. The deviled eggs aren't going to blow your mind, but I like that you get 4 different ones- and simply because I love eggs, I'd order them again. (They just wouldn't be a dish that brings me back). The bartender was great- helpful and attentive, even as more people began to filter in for an early afternoon. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Napa to check out some other menu options.

As soon as we approached the venue, there was a long line of people waiting to get inside. We arrived a bit later (around 8pm), and the crowd had already started to fill the venue. Mind you, it's a decent sized venue but not a massive space -- enough to accommodate at minimum 100 and likely max of 200 while still staying within code. There were several people coming in and out of the door, where the GM and bouncer for the night , appeared extremely stressed due to the amount of people in line and inside. A woman, who happened to be the wife of the DJ, stepped out to make a phone call and when she attempted to get back inside, proceeded to get yelled at by the bouncer saying she needed to go to the back of the line and wait like everyone else. The woman attempted to tell the bouncer her husband, who was the guest DJ for the night and is a historical, world renowned DJ (again using big names to draw crowds, and appropriating vinyl culture, but not respecting the very people in attendance), needed to tell him she'd be outside and would sit in the car. The GM started to yell and disrespect the DJs wife, and she ended up staying outside. Apparently this GM and venue are not used to larger crowds, and she essentially cracked under pressure. She went on to tell us the capacity was 67, and that they "were already at 200", which is a lie because there was a ton of space between people inside the venue (we have photos to prove it). She kept yelling and pushing people back. Girlfriend, this was not a Vegas club night. This crowd is 40+ (age) crowd, so it's not like people were out of control and acting debaucherous -- everyone was respecting the rules. If you couldn't handle the crowd, which btw you agreed prior to the 80-100 people expected for the party, then why was it such a hassle for your venue to handle the capacity. You knew a larger crowd was expected that night, it's your responsibility as a business owner to adequately staff the bar, door, etc. Yes; we needed to respect the door and the rules -- and everyone did. I won't get into further detail, but a physical altercation took place after the woman tried to return a second time (to again get her husband and tell him what was going on given she was being harassed at the door), putting hands on her in the process. Just completely out of line. Overall, this venue wants to appropriate the music and DJ culture, yet when the actual music and DJ community show up, there is no respect. Let alone for loyal patrons who have frequented your business and brought tons of revenue to the bar that night (which btw was extremely slow). Don't fall for the dog and pony show here. Go somewhere else that touts respects for their patrons, and for all walks of life -- not just the pretentious kind.

Upon entry and seeing people dressed very relaxed, my assumption was curved. The inside was relatively small, we sat at small table in the back near the "kitchen" food pick-up area is the best way to describe it. Our waiter was okay, provided us the nightly specials and acknowledged our Anniversary. Nothing beyond the standard greeting. Drinks: very basic in my opinion; subjective I get it. Me and my guests were not wow'd. We had to ask for additional supplements for the Lavender Lemon Drop and Georgia Peach or something Peach with bourbon, peach puree, etc. Appetizers: PrimeRib Sliders, Fried Coconut Prawns and Lobster Bisque. Again taste is subjective, being from the south, flavors and richness is a MUST. I can't say we got that. Our guest throughly enjoyed the prawns and said the sauce was GREAT. I'm use to a VERY rich, cozy Lobster bisque and this missed the mark, and there was barely any lobster. Entrees: 8 oz Filet Mignon, Prime Rib, Crab enchiladas and Scallops. Filet was requested as medium, came out almost done, no pink in sight. While my guest was disappointed, they didn't feel like the battle of waiting for it to be corrected, disappointing. Prime Rib, was okay. The guest barely finished it. Pan Roasted Maine Scallops, were okay, cooked fine. Meal ended once a gnat landed on the crisp crackers. Crab Enchiladas: A very unique dish. Plentiful for sure; taste basic. Essentially a taco with all the fixings with crab sprinkled in minus a shell. No dessert for us; however, we were offered a cupcake with a candle for our anniversary. While this review is my/our experience, the restaurant missed the mark with this basic, dry store bought cupcake. I refuse to believe this was made in house. Perhaps one of the menu dessert options would have been better. We'll never know. My expectations were not met. Hope yours is.
