Stopped for a quick drink with lunch. The bartender was super kind and helpful. She let my friends and I try some rosé. Cool little bar inside the market!
Review #1,016 Posted on 3.16.26 We came here for lunch while in Napa on Saturday March 7th. They've got a small bar top area to sit at, maybe 10 seats or so. My wife wanted to try caviar, so we actually gave it a spin here for our 1st time. I'd always been nervous about what the taste of caviar would be like. Glad I got to try it out at least once. It basically was a bit crunchy & a bit salty, other than that nothing of note for me at least. I get the price to an extent as it's not day to obtain, but man, it's expensive for what you get, not just here but any place you buy it. Probably a one time thing for me. The other item we got was one of their paninis & salads to share, and some waters. They've basically got a bar top, and most people seem to order their frozen machine drinks. I believe you can pair the frozen flavor with the wine, champagne, etc with it. Nice little spot inside Oxbow to get a quick bite and drink when in town.
Stellar spot on oxbow market with the best froses. Highlights: - Froses: fantastic version. Can get strawberry or blackberry with the choice of a sparkling wine topper. 5 stars - Frozen espresso martini: what I never knew I needed in my life. Enough oomph with the pure espresso flavor yet refreshingly frozen and not too sweet. 4 stars - Paninis: wonderful bacon avocado cheese sandwich. 4.5 stars - Few seats at the bar Lowlights: - Its so far away from where I live so need to drive a few hours to it to visit again
I was visiting Napa for the first time with my adult daughters and having traveled across country, driven up to Napa, and then had a late lunch at In-N-Out Burger (!), we wanted something light for dinner on our first night. We found Bar Lucia on Yelp and looked like what we wanted, and happily it was! It is a small place in an almost food court setting in the Oxbow Market in Napa. The Oxbow Market is a multi-tenant space with several eateries. We went up to the counter and ordered glasses of wine for each of us and three plates to share: the house made dip with crudite and toasted bread; the marinated olives; and the Pear and blue cheese salad. We sat down and they brought out the plates when ready. Everything was tasty and fresh. I'm no wine expert, but the glasses of wine we had were good as well. So we had a nice light meal that we enjoyed. I'm guessing Bar Lucia is busier at lunch, but it was perfectly good for our dinner.
On a crazy day at the market, this spot had 2 bar seats open, so we decided to give it a try. We were so pleasantly surprised! We got a delicious, loaded bloody mary that even came with a cupcake! We split a sandwich that was delicious and exactly what we were looking for!
Wonderful place to relax & enjoy a bev. Had a paper plane from their Spring menu and it is now my favorite drink. Have had the "tagroni" before at Bar Lucia and it was incredible. Shout out to J. for the amazing service and fun atmosphere. Serious drinks for fun people! Fare or wine you can't go wrong. At the time they also offer a Chappellet Cabernet!
Visited for the first time with my wife and cousin. We were celebrating my cousins birthday and she really wanted a frose. The woman working when we visited was very friendly and attentive. I had the blackberry Frose and it was delicious. I recommend this place if you're looking for a good frose. I'll definitely be back.
Love the outdoor seating looking overlooking the street, it's a perfect people watching spot. The drinks are super refreshing on a hot day!
In busy Oxbow Public Market, there are multiple choices for places to stop for a snack and a glass. I decided to try Bar Lucia, and it was just right for a short break from walking around. I settled on a Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc and a Spinach Artichoke Dip appetizer. A spot at the side of the bar makes it easy to walk up and order instead of having to work to position yourself at the bar between sitting people. They brought my dip out to me in maybe 10 minutes. (My drink was instant.) The dip was warm and tasty (and a bit "chic" small in size in a small square ramekin), and an assortment of fresh welcome vegetable spears adorned the plate also, to snack on. The Model Bakery crostini was just right for the dip. Yes, it's kind of a noisy environment and there are people from all over the world around, but it's a nice spot to take a break. Relaxed, not rushed, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable attendants / bartenders. Oh yeah, they have Frosé too on hand if that's your thing.

This is an amazing bar! I was here last week and I love the Gin and Tonic slushy! It's a vibe and the staff is really nice! Definitely try this place if you are out here!
I wasn't feeling up to a wine slushie today but they sure looked popular as we hung around in Oxbow Market to meet up with friends. A "hen party" complete with one of them wearing a "It's my birthday!" sash went through two each before they toddled off to somewhere else. Just a nice chilled white today and all was well. This is a nice spot to watch the comings and goings of the Oxbow Market. And if you happen to get a nibble from one of the many, many vendors, you can pair it with the wine from bar Lucia. Let me be transparent: it was late morning, I had just had breakfast, and I decided what my body truly needed was a cocktail. A breakfast cocktail. Judge me if you want, I've already judged myself and still ordered the drink, so your opinion is irrelevant. I Googled "good drinks near me" like a responsible adult, and BOOM, this place appeared like a gift from the cocktail gods. Two minutes away? On foot? I practically floated there. I told myself I'd stroll and enjoy the scenery. I did. I was very sophisticated about it. When I arrived, I found out there's a whole bar hiding inside Oxbow Market. A bar. Inside a market. Genius. I walked in and immediately forgot why I was confused because it was full-on foodie heaven, and the bar reached out with invisible hands and pulled me straight to it. I had no choice. It was gravity. That's when I met Lauren. Lauren was behind the bar, doing her thing, radiating good energy, and I said to myself, "I must sit here and be her problem for the next hour." She was so warm and welcoming that I felt personally invited. I, a stranger. She smiled the whole time, which either means she genuinely loved the conversation or she is an incredible professional. Either way, 10/10. Now, I am notoriously indecisive. I could spend 45 minutes choosing between two identical options. Lauren, a saint, walked me through the entire menu without a single eye roll (that I could see). I finally landed on the boozy strawberry slushy with a prosecco float. Could I have done without the bubbles? Probably. Did I finish every last drop anyway? Absolutely. We talked and laughed like two old friends who had just met, which is my favorite kind of friendship. Lauren also helped me figure out where to eat lunch and dinner once I told her I only eat seafood , and she delivered. The woman is a resource. If you're in Napa, come here. It's adorable. The staff will make you feel like a regular on your first visit, and yes, the prices are Napa prices, meaning everything costs what it costs because Napa has decided it is fancy, and we have all agreed to go along with it. Fun bar in the Oxbo. Saw that they had Sarti drinks and I knew we had to stop in for one! We had the Sarti Sunrise and the Rosarita. Super delish!!!! They even let us walk around the Oxbo with our cute drinks in hand. I'd definitely go back to this open air bar located inside the Oxbo to try more drinks. read more

Such a cute little place to grab a drink and some snacks. It's located inside (little public market) with a bunch of different places to eat and shop. My friend and I opted for the slushy drinks. I had the raspberry and she had the strawberry. Both were delicious and refreshing. All the food that came out looked good as well, so next time I'm in town, I would definitely come back here to try the food. read more
We only ordered drinks, but WILL be back when in Napa again. Our server was extremely personable and though we weren't there long, I enjoyed briefly chatting with her. The frosé is always a solid choice, no matter what. We even got one to go! Cute little area to have a drink and a small bite. Highly recommend. read more

Love the wonderful bubbly options as well as the Froze'. This is a wonderful and fun addition to the market place. I visited as SIP restrictions were lifted and have to say I felt safe and really enjoyed a taste of what we used to call normalcy. It was such a treat to have a drink out on the patio. The staff were wonderfully attentive and made sure all precautions were taken. I especially loved the delightful froze' as it was the perfect treat on a hot summer day. If you're in the area, I recommend adding this as a destination. It's worth the line and temperature scan. read more

this was my second frose experience. (first one in denver) we grabbed food in oxbow and needed a drink to accompany it. we sat at the bar ....ordered one glass of rose and one glass of frose. both were amazing! they also have glasses to go in plastic cups (there is also a patio outside for "to go" wine's. super cute decor reasonable price yummy read more
Great place to Stop and rest with a nice glass of wine. We had the wine Froze. EXCELLENT drink on a hot Napa afternoon. Didn't get the servers name but she was soooooo nice and inviting. She made us feel at home while we were on vacation. This is the first time that I had a wine slushy and it was FANTASTIC. Oxbow market place is a wonderful place to visit. read more
Cute place inside Oxford Market. Stopped here twice to get a frose while visiting. Bartender was great. We had drinks inside one day, and then outside overlooking 1st St the second day. They have food / sandwiches too but we didn't try. read more

We decided to eat here for lunch honestly because of the froze and it did not disappoint! Gets a bit pricy if you order multiple as we did but it was good! Reminds me of the ones you can get at the State Fair (maybe not quite as good) but a good alternative since the State Fair is only a short period every year. I also tried the roasted turkey sandwich. I have to start with how small the sandwich is but it was delicious. I especially liked that they used the model Bakery herbed focaccia bread. That bread is soooooo good! Next time I plan to stop at model just for that bread! read more

The Frose (topped with champagne) was the perfect mix of sweet & strong to start off. There is no more happy hour but we tried the charcuterie sampler and it was pretty good (7/10). Jacob was super nice & helpful letting us know the best spots to hit while in Napa. read more

First stop in Napa was to the Oxbow Market where I partook in a rose flight that was delicious and some of Kara's cupcakes from next to the Bar Lucia location. Would highly recommend as the service was fantastic and the outdoor eating section was great to take in the downtown scenery. read more
Bar Lucia is a fun wine bar/cafe located inside the Oxbo. We enjoyed their frose with a splash of sparkling and Turkey sandwiches, for an early lunch. You can sit inside or on their patio overlooking first street. I highly recommend Bar Lucia for the quality of the drinks and food, plus the customer service is excellent. read more

Never had a frose but now it's my new favorite drink. We decided to try this place after our dinner at the oxbow. We were greeted right away and sat at the bar. It has a cool locals vibe and the bartender was so awesome. She explained all the drinks and of course I had to try the Frose. Well I was taken back by the fresh flavor and the refreshing taste. The food sounds amazing so I will be back with an updated review. read more

I am a local and this is one of my favorite spots to frequent! The wine list has many wonderful options and some of my favorites are the Aesop Rose, Carboniste Sparkling or Aesop Grenache. However, I must admit that I always start with a frosé first! If you have read the hype around them, I am here to confirm it's all true! Refreshing year round and a pleasant drink to enjoy after a long day or kick off a Sunday Funday! The staff is very friendly and fun so also adds to the experience. If you find yourself at Oxbow, definitely spend some time at the enchanting Bar Lucia! read more
Lauren was our server and she was absolutely amazing. This place was super cute and they had amazing drinks. We got the Froze to go and not only was it delicious but it came in these cute cups. They also have an extensive wine list to choose from and the shop is very ascetically please. Definitely recommend a visit! read more

I'm not sure how, it's a very small spot within Oxbow Market. There's plenty of seating IN Oxbow, but I'm not sure if it's possible to reserve a section of seats.
