Andy Z came to my home at 10:30 am today, and he left after 1:30 pm. Within these 3 hours, he missed his lunch, opened and checked over 20 outlets. Eventually, he found the issue was in the electric box: one breaker had some erosion, causing the whole issue. Andy's patience and work attitude are the best of what I've seen. In this AI era, he will continue his success because he treats his clients well! Therefore, I recommend Andy for the electrician work. I will call him again if I need any help with electrical problems.

Since I was desperate to get the house working again on a holiday weekend, I signed the contract on the worker's phone to get the project done the next day. It required a $1000 deposit. The contract was emailed to me after I signed! I got a second opinion that day and they said the pipe was not cracked and I just needed a valve replaced. I called and emailed 4 hours later to cancel the original contract with rooter hero and they said they would not refund my deposit even though no work was done and the original estimate was issued fraudulently! I even offered to send them the subsequent videos of the pipe, but they didn't want to see them, they didn't care! Don't ever use this company as they are crooks and overcharge for everything! Even the service they were going to do was almost twice what other companies were asking!
