We had an emergency pipe burst and they responded right away. They diagnosed the issue, put in information to our home warranty company. They were out early the next morning to repair the pipe. Keyliam & Sons came to install a MoenFlo shutoff and where very professional and honest. Not once did they try to upsell me on any service. They simply did the job they were there to do and completed the job before I even noticed the water was turned off. Hard working with old school values I highly recommend contacting them for all of your plumbing needs. read more

Water heater broke and the home warranty company sent Keyliam and Sons for the repair. These guys are great! They contacted me as soon as I put in my claim and scheduled an appointment. They had a new water heater for us the next day. The installation was to code, they provided the permit, and the installation looked more professional than any water heater I've had installed in the past. It looks great. Great job and friendly. They are now our new favorite plumbers! read more

Horrible, incompetence, came to my house through America home shield. If American home shield tell you they are sending them Tell American home shield you don't want them at your house They no nothing about plumbing. read more

Had theme come out to replace a hose bib on the side of the house. Through the insurance. Easy fix I can do it myself. Was told that there is a "deeper" issue and its not covered by the home warranty and costs unspecified out-of-pocket money to repair. I am not a rookie on plumbing and this is obvious a way to upsell and take advantage. I called and got another provider to the property to replace the hose bib it took all of 15 minutes a handshake and a smile. Do not trust this plumber. Zero stars. read more

Keyliam & Sons - The easiest hose bib repair a rookie can do it. This is the new hose bib from the second opinion that took 15 minutes. - Plumbing Near Me

I've had many issues with our water heater giving error codes and turning off several times a day . Rheem kept diagnosing it wrong, finally I got VJ to come and he immediately diagnosed the problem. When Rheem tried to send the wrong part, he called them and corrected it himself. After much effort and wasted time from Rheem and others, VJ knew what was wrong right away. Very professional and knows his stuff. Can't say enough good things about his work. Wish we called him first. read more

I paid a service fee through my home warranty for what should have been a basic toilet stoppage. Once the plumber from Keyliam & Sons arrived, I was told the toilet had to be removed and that I would be charged over $400 in additional fees on top of the service fee, in essence bringing the total to well over $500 for a routine issue. This felt like aggressive upselling rather than a legitimate necessity. I have had similar work done in the past involving toilet stoppages and never paid anywhere near that amount. The lack of transparency and inflated pricing raise serious concerns about this company's honesty and integrity. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services. read more

I requested 3 plumbing jobs under a home warranty and the plumbing service was outstanding! The service was on time and everything worked out even with a difficult faucet part to find. read more

This company is one of the most Professional Plumbing Companies I have ever dealt with in my life. 100% professional. They found the plumbing problem very promptly. Good clean job very courteous and professional I will definitely use them again! read more

Quick response, decent price when my home warranty wouldn't cover it and they went above and beyond. Polite and considerate of my home. We had a pipe disconnect behind the shower wall. They had to remove the water heater go through the outside wall to get to it. We just moved in and the gas and water valves were mislabeled so we accidentally turned the gas off too. They turned it on as well and made sure to relight the water heater and stove for us. Small gesture like that makes a business shine in my eyes. read more

VJ was my contractor from AHS. He was assigned to fix a broken water heater. VJ took care of things in a timely manner. He was also very kind and answered us anytime we had questions. A+ customer service and workmanship. Highly recommended. Thank you so much! read more

Late afternoon, kitchen sink backed up while running washing machine. Contacted our home warrantee company, got Keyliam & Sons Plumbing. They had fixed a leaking shower faucet for us a few weeks earlier. Adis arrived the next morning, verified the problem, and snaked out the cleanout just outside the kitchen. Ran snake through the pipe to the front of the house. Verified clog gone by opening access cap to the main drain line at front of house. We could see water flowing past the snake toward the sewer, and both the washing machine and the kitchen sink drained easily. Great service and value. Thank you. read more

I used Keyliam & Sons through AHS, but I'd use his services again in a heartbeat. I can't understand the lower ratings for this company. 2 visitors in town, so a household with 5 women and 2 of the bathrooms blocked! Keyliam responded within 30 minutes of the request, maybe less, during a very busy week. Owner, VJ, showed up within another 15-20 minutes and had to monster snake out the side cleanup as well as the sink cleanout. He had every tool needed. I've snaked out clogs before and it's not a fun job. He was friendly, quick, efficient and cracked a good joke. And my clogs are gone. Thank you VJ. read more

Our water heater began to leak from the top, and we needed a repairman to come quickly. A year ago Keyliam & Sons came out to replace an attachment to our water heater in July. This is how we had their information. And we had a good experience with them then. Although our Home Warranty (AHS) got the information wrong a couple of times, and qualify the issue properly, therefore don't act quickly or as reasonably expected, the technician here did! He came out the next day because it was late in the day when the issue and need was clearly established. And in our expectation (that it may take two days to get a new water heater), he came with a new replacement water heater the next day. Thank you Keyliam & Son's for actually listening to the issue, responding and moving ahead to correct the situation reasonably and professionally! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services! read more

Just called Keyliam & Sons to replace a water pressure valve. He came within an hour and replaced the defective part. He checked the pressure and changed the valve. He came within an hour and did a great job. Other people came and without checking the valve pressure were giving me very high estimates. I Highly recommend, since they were reasonable and reliable. I am definitely calling him again for any plumbing needs. See pictures attached. read more

Keyliam & Sons was assigned to me by American Home Shield to diagnose a leak. My water heater, which was 14 years old, needed to be replaced. Similar to my impression of them six years ago when they repaired my water heater, I found them to be friendly and competent, and in addition were right on time to do the work. I wish AHS had more tradespeople like them available for service calls. read more

Excellent service! I had asked for service for a leaking shower and broken toilet plumbing via American Home Shield (AHS.) I had just barely finished putting in the order through AHS when AJ called. I was expecting to be scheduled for a few days from now but AJ said he could be here in 15 or 20 minutes -- and he was! He immediately fixed both problems correctly. How nice it is to get someone who knows what he is doing, does it fast and does it right. This is rare. read more

I spoke to a reviewer who gave them an unfavorable review and was warned they may be in kahoots with the home Warrantee insurance company I have, and since this was a verified customer, I took heed to the warning. Also, I forgot my product was still under it's 12 year Warrantee, so am going through the manufacturer to repair or replace my product. read more

Got referred to these guys from my home warranty. I have to say I've had really bad experiences with home warranty plumbers in the past but this was nothing but excellent. My shower stopped working all of the sudden and contacted the home warranty for a service call. I called Keyliam directly to see when they are able to come. I was told that they could come the same day and showed up just a couple of hours after my initial call. When he showed up, he had his own pair of rubber overshoes to walk into my house as we do not wear shoes inside, impressed! After tinkering with the shower for a bit, he replaced two cartridges inside the Posi- shower valve and the other cartridge in the diverter. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'll definitely be calling them back again if I ever have plumbing issues. read more
