I contacted him late on a Friday to see if he could come for a drain call first thing Monday morning and he confirmed. Come Monday afternoon, and I found out he had never shown up nor contacted us. i would not recommend this company. My leasing company hired them to fix my running toilets. Someone came out and before he checked on the toilet in my room i let him know it doesn't continuously run it only does it every few hours or so. The toilet was not running before he touched it, and after he took the lid off to see what the problem was its been running nonstop ever since, i called them and asked could he come back and fix what ever he did and they refused to come back. read more

Guy scheduled me for a Monday appointment. I pointed out that it was Veteran's Day--no problem. No one showed up. I called. They said that they weren't working on Veteran's Day. I thought it would have been nice to call and let me know that no one was going to show up. I was very patient and pleasant--we all make mistakes, eh. I rebooked for the next day. There was still some confusion--and when I called about it, they became very unprofessional and hung up on me. I've used these guys in the past but never again. Very unprofessional. Came to fix a gas pipe leak detected by Southern California Gas. He said he fixed it, I paid him $1,200. The gas company returned and found the pipe still leaking. I alerted Pablo of Fast and Easy Plumbing and he said he would return for $3,800. more. I then had a contracted plumber come to evaluate and he did a leak test and confirmed the pipe was still leaking. I took pictures as proof of the continued leak and sent them to Pablo. Fast & Easy is a good name for them because they take your money fast & easy & do NOTHING!!This is the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with.I called them off of Craigslist ( My first mistake) & told them I had a water pressure problem,the owner sent his son Pablo out,& said oh it must be a toilet valve that needs to be replaced & it was only 3- months old,he replaced it & charged me $85.00,did not fix the problem.I called them back (My second mistake) & they came back out after my water company said it was not a valve problem,it was a water regulator problem.They proceeded to tear up my yard trying to locate it,& never could find it & said if they kept trying to find it,it was going to cost me $120.00 an hour,I told them forget it & they charged me another $85.00 for NOTHING!!! I've used these guys twice and had great experiences! They capped off a broken valve for me, replaced all of my outside water spickets and sprinklers and replaced my sprinkler system for a pretty reasonable price. I am in the middle of renovating my kitchen and my handyman ran into an issue with trying to install my new faucet. I called Pablo to inform him of issue as well as inquire into replacing my sink. Pablo scheduled me for an appt two days later (I called on a weekend). He arrived around 8am and was finished before 11am. The new sink and faucet look amazing. This company is so great, they were honest, friendly, showed up on time every day and didn't run any scams. So refreshing to meet honest contractors!! My father had two bathrooms remodeled by them and they ran new lines into the house because the original lines were galvanized pipe and rusting. One of the most reliable plumbing companies they come out on time and get the job done (well kind of) The owner of the company came to check my water heater to diagnose the problem all I asked him what was the problem and he responds in a rude manner. I rent for a property management so I know it's not my problem to know but I do live there and I would like to know. I recommended him to my sister for a leak under the sink and the problem was not fix there. I was not trying to be nosey but to get a response in a rude manner is not right also he didn't even fix the problem the first time he had to come out again and replace the whole tank.
