We put in our request with the home warranty company on Sunday. Mike called first thing Monday morning and was able to come right out. The problem turned out to be a leaking garbage disposal, but we had him replace our angle stops as long as he was under there. Glad we did! Someone had mangled the pipe stubs coming out of the wall during a previous service. He fixed one and replaced the other. He quoted us once for replacing the garbage disposal, additionally for replacing the angle stops, and then some extra for fixing the piping. When it came time to pay the bill, he quoted us a price that was way under the total of what he had quoted us for the three separate tasks. I used Doctor Plumber through my home warranty after requesting to go with someone other than plumbers incorporated because their service sucks to put it mildly. Anyway so Doctor Plumber came out punctually at that, asked me what the issue was and just went straight to replacing our garbage disposal because he said it wasn't worth trying to seal the leak coming from the disposer. Installed it cleanly and picked up after himself and it's been a few weeks with no issues unlike the other company the home warranty company sent that took 3 visits to fix the same problem. I'm requesting Doctor Plumber from now on if I have future plumbing issues. read more

Called my warranty company for my garbage disposal leaking. At first they couldn't get a hold of this plumber. I was ready to cancel. Then a representative from my warranty company got them on the line. There was a miscommunication problem. They already had me on the schedule and we agreed on a date and time. It was the next business day in the afternoon. He called me that morning and asked if I wanted him to come over earlier. I did and he was prompt. He checked it, tightened it and the leak stopped. After he left, we ran the water and it started leaking again. I was afraid he wouldn't be back for weeks but when I called him he told me he'd be back that day as soon as he was done at the job he was at. He came back and replaced it. He came out to fix my sink and it is worst than when he arrived. I contacted my home warranty because of clogged kitchen sink. Now the water will not drain at all I cannot was my dishes to top it off the guy was rude. Did not answer my questions and left without telling us. Now no one is answering the phone from home warranty or the company, or doctor plumber this is terrible he literally broke what he was supposed to fix. read more

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Do not book Mike. I contacted my warranty company and they sent me this piece of garbage company/Mike. He took the money and ran! Did not fix the water pressure, claimed he fixed the problem, nothing changed with my issue. Charged the warranty company and took my trade fee of $75 and ran away. Tried to talk to him on the phone and he hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls anymore. What a jerk! He refused to tell me what the actual issue was, kept repeating himself and did absolutely unnecessary work. Save your money, your time and energy. I took a day off from work to waste it on this excuse of a human being who basically robbed me. He deserves a -10 star review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We called Doctor Plumber and he was very responsive and Showed up the very next morning for the appointment on TIME unlike other plumbers who don't bother to even respond. He resolved our Draining & Leak issues very quickly, Mike is very knowledgeable about his work and very polite. He also explained to us exactly what were the causes of Draining issues and advised us to get a Strainer for the Bathtub to prevent future issues like this.
