I cannot recommend this company…read more I hired them to locate and pump my septic tank\. They came to my property two or three times, dug a large hole, and I paid over $900\. They never found the tank or completed the job\. They promised they would obtain the city or county blueprints and return to finish the work, but it's been almost a year and a half and they never came back or followed up\. They even suggested I break part of my concrete patio, which turned out to be unnecessary because they were looking in the wrong place\. I understand difficult jobs happen, but I paid for a professional service that was never completed\. I received no solution, no refund, and no accountability\. Very disappointing experience

This has been the most amazing experience I've ever had, and I want you to know about it! If you ever have an obstacle with your sewer or if you're buying a new home and you want to understand your systems better, I don't think there's a better company that you could call in Los Angeles that would help you as well as this wonderful company does. We're purchasing a brand-new home in the Hollywood Hills, and our home has a very unique standalone system, and we're not connected to the sewer, and ChatGPT recommended Acosta & Sons Sewer Contractors as the best service company to turn to to get a discovery on our system. I feel so much more confident now purchasing our home, knowing that it's been inspected and validated as well as fully tested in its ability to perform. What impressed me so much, is the super kind, friendly experience that you're going to enjoy, it's not a surprise that everywhere you look you're going to find a five-star review for this wonderful company. And I have a funny feeling, after you have a chance to work with them, you'll be the next one writing your five star review!

The work looks clean and professional. I'll add some photos too. They did not add anything to the price they quoted before they even saw it which I really appreciated. No surprises.
