When I spoke with the office I received a rude email stating "I must be confused" and that I set up auto pay to pay 15 days in advance which was not correct. They advised they would honor the additional payment until 7/31/26 However, no service was provided on 7/27/26. This company is a joke. They even fired one of their guys who Would just push the dirt to one side of the pool and take a picture from the clean side for the reports. Do yourself a favor go with another company.
