Our service from the beginning was not great. We met the owner Tony and hired him to redo our pool plumbing. We had another company in mind but then decided to move forward with weekly cleaning services because Tony advised us his service guys check the outlets etc. during every visit, which never happened. We then had multiple issues with our pool and multiple service tickets were ignored. Our last straw: I put a card on file and was charged my weekly amount on 7/3/26 making certain I did not select auto pay. I was then charged another full month of service 3 days later. When I spoke with the office I received a rude email stating "I must be confused" and that I set up auto pay to pay 15 days in advance which was not correct. They advised they would honor the additional payment until 7/31/26 However, no service was provided on 7/27/26. This company is a joke. They even fired one of their guys who Would just push the dirt to one side of the pool and take a picture from the clean side for the reports. Do yourself a favor go with another company. read more

Tony and one of his team members (Chase) accomplished the following work/repair I needed for my pool: 1. Drain pool and spa 2. Using glass beading cleaning technique, all calcium deposit on the tile pool and spa water line was removed. The tiles look brand new. 3. Our white plaster was stained and discolored. Tony applied an acid wash on both the pool and spa. The plaster looks snow white (need sunglasses). 4. Removed old seal/cleaned and prepared pool for deck-O seal between deck and coping. Looks perfect. 5. Number one priority! Remove pool and spa lights (500 watts each) with LED seven light show (lights are fantastic). The original light's electrical cables were stuck and would not pull out. Another pool service contractor could not pull the cables out. Tony did! 6. Disassemble the pool filter and cleaned all the grids 7. Balanced pool water chemistry and reconditioned pool balance. What can I say!!! If you need any type of pool service/repair call Tony!!! Called to ask about a weekly pool service. (I used to work in this industry, so I'm aware when folks are snowballing me) My pool is an 85k gallon monster with a 12ft diving well and an Olympic diving board, built at my father's house I'm which working to sell. Its so big I am used to having to pay a bit more for service. The cover is non op and I need to leave town for an extended period. (no company wants to touch the cover because its so big and its an integrated cover system that went out of business) so I'll be fixing that one myself. I was looking for a professional that could test water and add chemicals, but couldn't get through the initial call. The gentleman hadn't looked, tested or investigated the water but said if its green they're going to drain it and start over. At 85k gallons that about 1600$ in water and quite possibly a visit by the county, not to mention this property is on septic so its going on the ground. The gentleman said they will not service it unless the cover is open, even chemicals... If i drain the pool i wont refill it till I'm ready to sell, so..... thanks. I will update the review if i end up using them and they are amazing, but its not my first choice at this point. read more

The spa wouldn't stay on, the waterfalls and heater wouldn't turn on, the water was not circulating over the spillover, plus the pump was making a scary sound so I had to turn it off.
