I want to recognize my pool technician, Jesse, who services and maintains my pool weekly. The team shows pride in their work because every visit my pool looking crystal clear and perfectly balanced - which is very satisfying from a consumer standpoint. What truly stands out about AV Pool Pro's is their professionalism and exceptional quality of work. I especially appreciate the weekly communication I receive when my service technician, Jesse, is enroute to my home. He consistently documents every task performed and even includes photos of the final results -- a level of transparency and pride in workmanship that speaks volumes about their outstanding reputation. Whether it's routine maintenance, troubleshooting an issue, or offering helpful tips, the team always goes above and beyond to ensure I'm informed and confident in the care my pool is receiving. It's rare to find a company in the Antelope Valley that combines skill, honesty, and top tier customer service this well. Unfortunately, my pool required significant repairs due to another pool builder in Littlerock who cut corners during the original construction. My equipment failed in less than three years, and the workmanship simply wasn't up to standard. That experience forced me to find a reputable company -- and AV Pool Pro's exceeded every expectation. They stepped in, identified the discrepancies, corrected the issues, and restored my pool to the condition it should have been in from the start. If you're looking for a pool builder or service provider you can trust to keep your water sparkling and your equipment running smoothly, AV Pool Pro's is the one to call. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, their communication, and the results they deliver. Thank you, Tony and your team - I look forward to doing more business with you.

We had another company in mind but then decided to move forward with weekly cleaning services because Tony advised us his service guys check the outlets etc. during every visit, which never happened. We then had multiple issues with our pool and multiple service tickets were ignored. Our last straw: I put a card on file and was charged my weekly amount on 7/3/26 making certain I did not select auto pay. I was then charged another full month of service 3 days later. When I spoke with the office I received a rude email stating "I must be confused" and that I set up auto pay to pay 15 days in advance which was not correct. They advised they would honor the additional payment until 7/31/26 However, no service was provided on 7/27/26. This company is a joke. They even fired one of their guys who Would just push the dirt to one side of the pool and take a picture from the clean side for the reports. Do yourself a favor go with another company.

We hired kleen sweep pool company after having bad experiences with two other pool service companies. From the beginning, I explained the condition of my pool and the issues we had previously experienced. Your company came out, tested the water, assessed the pool, and gave us a plan. We were told that it would take some time for the pool to improve, and we were willing to be patient and give your company the opportunity to get it back into good condition. However, after more than two months, there was very little to no improvement. I eventually contacted the company to end our services because the person who was repeatedly sent to service our pool, Mario, was not providing the services we were paying for. I was charged $350 during the first month for services that were not properly provided. At the time, your company was also offering free conditioner as part of the promotion for starting service. I received a $50 discount, but the conditioner was never actually added to my pool. Additionally, I paid an extra $100 for the pool to be vacuumed, but the pool was never vacuumed. Mario told me that he couldn't see anything in the pool, so he felt there was no point in vacuuming it. That is not acceptable when I specifically paid an additional fee for that service. Instead of actually providing the services we were paying for, Mario repeatedly made negative comments about the condition of our pool and told us that we would need to spend thousands of dollars to get it looking better. We continued trusting the company and giving you time to correct the problem, but after more than two months, the pool was still in poor condition. I recently contacted the company requesting a refund for the services that were not provided, but I have not received a response. I also had my uncle, who has more than 40 years of experience in the pool industry, come out and evaluate the pool. After looking at it, he told me that, based on the condition of the pool, it should have taken approximately two weeks to get it looking good--not more than two months. His assessment raised serious concerns about the service we received and whether the work we were paying for was actually being performed. At this point, I am requesting a refund for the services that were not provided, including the additional $100 vacuuming fee and the charges associated with services that were not completed as promised. I gave your company more than enough time and the opportunity to make this right. I would appreciate a response and resolution to this matter. If I do not hear back, I will have to consider other options for addressing the charges for services that were not provided.

I don't doubt that as they never finished my project and it's been over a year. I cannot insure my home or pool because they failed to get a final permit.
