We had another company in mind but then decided to move forward with weekly cleaning services because Tony advised us his service guys check the outlets etc. during every visit, which never happened. We then had multiple issues with our pool and multiple service tickets were ignored. Our last straw: I put a card on file and was charged my weekly amount on 7/3/26 making certain I did not select auto pay. I was then charged another full month of service 3 days later. When I spoke with the office I received a rude email stating "I must be confused" and that I set up auto pay to pay 15 days in advance which was not correct. They advised they would honor the additional payment until 7/31/26 However, no service was provided on 7/27/26. This company is a joke. They even fired one of their guys who Would just push the dirt to one side of the pool and take a picture from the clean side for the reports. Do yourself a favor go with another company.

Blue Luxury responded quickly and came to look at the pool the next day. They were very upfront and honest about the issues and pricing to fix the mess. I had gotten other quotes that were similar but none had given me the explanation and full understanding of what needed to be done and why. We ended up needing to drain the pool and give it an acid wash. We set up a time and they came and completed the work as promised. They were on time, finished when they said they would be and very professional. Their communication and billing is very modern and very easy. I have since hired them as my permanent pool service. My robot ran flawlessly. Never had a single issue. Until a couple of months ago. I noticed it would run then get stuck at the bottom of step. (Just stay there) only after I would nudged it gently it would run. However if i wasn't around to see it stuck at bottom of the step. (I would come back to see a half cleaned pool. I did the usual troubleshooting .,. checked the canister, checked the cable, checked the brushes, checked the wheels..checked the controller everything checked out. After exhausting even YouTube videos, to see how to fix the issue i gave up.. I spoke to Robin..even sent him a video of robot to show him the problem. I took it in..Brandon (Tech) stated he would run a diagnostic on it..call me with the result. I took it in on a Saturday. I was expecting Brandon to call Wednesday at earlies. To my surprise I receive a call from Brandon, not even hour after dropping the unit off! I'm dreading the bad news.. Brandon goes a say hey come pick up the robot ! I'll tell you. what the issue "was" when you arrive. When I arrived, he explains the internal gears had worn down on the wheels! Plus the repair was covered by the warranty! I took the time to write this (mini novel )! Because; today we as a society are quick to criticize when we experience bad service at a drop of a dime! Got a few quotes and went with Edward because the price was reasonable and had good reviews and multiple reviews, scheduled something with him the next day. He came out let me know ahead of time did his thing and even installed higher quality quick disconnect fittings.. was done in a Timely manner and clean job all around. Let it dry and pool was functioning better then ever.. no more air bubbles in the return side. Next morning a just a bit of an issue, he came out instantly and took care of it as he guaranteed his work.. repaired it and all good now. I like stand up people and people who back there work as i do. 6 stars if i could. Whenever I had an issue with the pool I would reach out to Edward and instead of an explanation he would be very short and just respond "ok" or not respond at all! I had some issues with the pool filter several times where after awhile the pressure would decrease and the waterfall would not flow into the pool and the pool would not filter correctly. I would ask him to look at it or let me know if there was something wrong and how we could fix the issue. He would service the pool and never do anything about the issue. This issues started causing the pool to turn cloudy and his response was the pool is being over used, when in fact we hadn't used the pool in 2 weeks. He would charge me one time fees here and there of $60 $80 or $50 due to extra chemicals needed. Then he increased our monthly service charge twice in a 3 month period, which I never complained about I just wanted the pool maintained properly. Just seemed like he wanted more and more money to do the job he was hired to do! At some point I decided to do some research on my own to fix the issue I found out backwashing the filter would fix the issue so I did that and the filter started working properly, Edward said I needed to add DE when I back wash it and he would add it but was very rude and said he had to charge me $80 I told him I could add it myself and not to worry about it. He then said I was contaminating the pool and he would no longer service my pool, all because I didn't pay him $80 to add DE that cost only $5!? Edward it seems you are the one who is upset! Your response to my review obviously struck a nerve! You never did anything complimentary, and I have always paid to service the filter, you are the one who said it was included in the service then tried to charge me for it! i never complained about the extra charges! And trust me I can afford my pool and to pay an unprofessional person like you to maintain it! Look at the way you respond to your customers you are a joke!
