Service has gone downhill. I have made multiple calls, messages, emails. Our pool is not being taken care of, and this has been going on for at least the past 4 months. Our filter was 3 or more months over due to be cleaned, i had repeatedly asked for that to be done and was told " maybe it needs backwashed" I was thinking that was the issue of why our jacuzzi was not bubbling and pool not filtering, The filter was finally cleaned, ( the guy did not put it together correctly after cleaning) and issues continued, the person being sent to service our pool does not check our pool system. Our heater said " need service. Wes, said I needed a " mother board, that's probably why you are having so many issues" which was going to cost $1500. That was actually not the case. I had the filter cleaned appropriately, and reconnected what the pool person did not do properly. Heater works, still no bubbles, but okay. Over holiday, I found my yard was flooded from our pool system, our pool murky , mind you pool guy was here on Monday, and this was Tuesday night. Currently is shut down... again. I called and I have yet again been told, short staffed. I am paying $150 for a person to add chemical and skim the pool, no attention to pool system itself. I have been using them for around 2 years. In the past ( past meaning a year ago) they have been pretty quick to come and fix, seems those days are gone. I have been given 2 excuses, " we are just so busy" " we are undermanned" or " no one has qualifications to check/fix system" neither of which is my problem. Now being told " maybe we can get someone out to you tomorrow" when I asked for a time, I was told he doesn't know because they are really busy. Super annoyed! Too much money spent on low service. Now, waiting if someone who is qualified will hopefully text me to check out this mess... read more

3 years ago, the service was incredible. However, the past 2 years it has been very poor. I have had to notify the owner of issues that had been going on for months assuming that his technicians were notified; he wasn't. Our pool has rarely been clear and recently not even usable. I had another pool technician check out my pool the day after Kyzer services showed up and they told me it appeared like they were never there. Our return lines were clogged, our filter was not serviced for many months and there were no chemicals in our pool, which is now growing algae. They do a good job. I did have an issue with scheduling, though. However, once Gabe, the owner, found out, he immediately jumped on it. He agreed to let me know a day in advance if the schedule changed. I was sort of far but they came out anyways to my house to take a look at my pool and unfortunately they were unable to provide the service I wanted for my fiberglass in ground pool.
