Original Post: AT FIRST was a VERY good experience. Pricing was fair, responses were quick. Seemed very caring and attentive. However following my service I had a leak coming from my filter. I brought it up to him to come check it out and he got back to me with a solution and initially asked to schedule a date. When the initial date didn't work when I reached out further to pick another he went completely dark. I reached out multiple times, included photos and video of issue and he continues to ignore my concerns. I wouldn't hire again or recommend. He was great until you pay and then seems to not care.
