We hired kleen sweep pool company after having bad experiences with two other pool service companies. From the beginning, I explained the condition of my pool and the issues we had previously experienced. Your company came out, tested the water, assessed the pool, and gave us a plan. We were told that it would take some time for the pool to improve, and we were willing to be patient and give your company the opportunity to get it back into good condition. However, after more than two months, there was very little to no improvement. I eventually contacted the company to end our services because the person who was repeatedly sent to service our pool, Mario, was not providing the services we were paying for. I was charged $350 during the first month for services that were not properly provided. At the time, your company was also offering free conditioner as part of the promotion for starting service. I received a $50 discount, but the conditioner was never actually added to my pool. Additionally, I paid an extra $100 for the pool to be vacuumed, but the pool was never vacuumed. Mario told me that he couldn't see anything in the pool, so he felt there was no point in vacuuming it. That is not acceptable when I specifically paid an additional fee for that service. Instead of actually providing the services we were paying for, Mario repeatedly made negative comments about the condition of our pool and told us that we would need to spend thousands of dollars to get it looking better. We continued trusting the company and giving you time to correct the problem, but after more than two months, the pool was still in poor condition. I recently contacted the company requesting a refund for the services that were not provided, but I have not received a response. I also had my uncle, who has more than 40 years of experience in the pool industry, come out and evaluate the pool. After looking at it, he told me that, based on the condition of the pool, it should have taken approximately two weeks to get it looking good--not more than two months. His assessment raised serious concerns about the service we received and whether the work we were paying for was actually being performed. At this point, I am requesting a refund for the services that were not provided, including the additional $100 vacuuming fee and the charges associated with services that were not completed as promised. I gave your company more than enough time and the opportunity to make this right. I would appreciate a response and resolution to this matter. If I do not hear back, I will have to consider other options for addressing the charges for services that were not provided.
