Great service and very reliable. My neighbor is delighted with Luis's service too. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend giving Luis a call at 661 Pools for all pool and spa needs. Very reliable and honest work

*UPDATED* While I initially posted an unpleased review.. Luis came by and fixed the issue. While this took a lot longer than expected I do appreciate him coming over to make it right with no additional charge. Things happen and miscommunication does happen, while it took a little while longer than I had hoped, ultimately he did come over and he did fix the issue and I appreciate that. Original Post: AT FIRST was a VERY good experience. Pricing was fair, responses were quick. Seemed very caring and attentive. However following my service I had a leak coming from my filter. I brought it up to him to come check it out and he got back to me with a solution and initially asked to schedule a date. When the initial date didn't work when I reached out further to pick another he went completely dark. I reached out multiple times, included photos and video of issue and he continues to ignore my concerns. I wouldn't hire again or recommend. He was great until you pay and then seems to not care. It's unfortunate because I was in need for a pool service for my biannual filter cleanings and if I fall behind on chemical management. read more

The best pool cleaning service! Here every week and will come on off days when you need them

We hired 661 Pools in summer 2023- right after hurricane Hillary and right before a big birthday pool party. Hillary had flooded our yard and our pool looked like a swamp. I was sure our party would be squashed. Luis came 3 times that week to ensure the pool was clear and ready for our party. He still comes every week and after each rain, our pool is clear and crisp within 48 hours. 661 pools is quick, efficient, and professional. As first time home buyers with a pool, he's made everything painless and affordable. read more

I have been taking care of my pool for over 20 years, but I hurt my back and shoulder making it very pain full...So I answered an add that came in the mail from a local company, requested a quote.I will admit that at this point I have let it go for over 2 months (and it was a mess)...I didn't argue over price, just wanted it cleaned before the up coming holiday. They flooded my back yard, and then tried to sell me something I did not need. Then they stopped coming at all ??? leaving everything a mess...Thank goodness for Luis and 661 Pool service. He didn't low ball me, but he did everything he said he would do (and again it was a mess)..So as far as I am concerned if you need good honest service call Luis at 661 Pool service they will get the job done... read more

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would!!! I had Luis replace my pool pump and from start to finish his service was outstanding. What can I say, communicated well, had quick responses, was friendly (with pets too!), was knowledgeable, and didn't try to push extra services. Luis and his assistant Kevin were the kind of guys you can trust to come to your house and service your pool needs professionally. He came in and did the job super quick and left the area clean with the pool back in business! His price was very reasonable as well. I have found a pool guy that I can trust for all future needs. If your looking for a pool service guy, give him a call. You will know from your first contact what I'm talking about! 100% read more

I am very disappointed in 661 pools. I called them for pool start up on our newly redone pool. Luis indicated he'd come out pour chemicals, sweep, and do the various things needed for a pool start up. I had to chase him every day. He suddenly went on vacation and said his uncle would come the days he was gone. His uncle didn't show up when he was suppose to. Luis said the start up was done, so I paid him, only to find rust spots in my pool which I later found out was because he didn't put a single chemical in the pool. The regular company I used charged me to put all the chemicals and showed me that the start up was not complete because there were no chemicals. I called Luis who didn't deny it and offered to refund a portion of my money. For two weeks I contacted him to ensure he followed through and he ghosted me despite being the one to offer. 661 pools is dishonest, unprofessional, and lack skill. Not to mention they cause damage to the pool. I highly recommend staying away! read more
