While this took a lot longer than expected I do appreciate him coming over to make it right with no additional charge. Things happen and miscommunication does happen, while it took a little while longer than I had hoped, ultimately he did come over and he did fix the issue and I appreciate that. Original Post: AT FIRST was a VERY good experience. Pricing was fair, responses were quick. Seemed very caring and attentive. However following my service I had a leak coming from my filter. I brought it up to him to come check it out and he got back to me with a solution and initially asked to schedule a date. When the initial date didn't work when I reached out further to pick another he went completely dark. I reached out multiple times, included photos and video of issue and he continues to ignore my concerns. I wouldn't hire again or recommend. He was great until you pay and then seems to not care. I am very disappointed in 661 pools. I called them for pool start up on our newly redone pool. Luis indicated he'd come out pour chemicals, sweep, and do the various things needed for a pool start up. I had to chase him every day. He suddenly went on vacation and said his uncle would come the days he was gone. His uncle didn't show up when he was suppose to. Luis said the start up was done, so I paid him, only to find rust spots in my pool which I later found out was because he didn't put a single chemical in the pool. The regular company I used charged me to put all the chemicals and showed me that the start up was not complete because there were no chemicals. I called Luis who didn't deny it and offered to refund a portion of my money. For two weeks I contacted him to ensure he followed through and he ghosted me despite being the one to offer. 661 pools is dishonest, unprofessional, and lack skill. Not to mention they cause damage to the pool. I highly recommend staying away! read more
