After several responses, HTA was the one business that was available same day + willing to provide a quote + had the best price. I understand why companies would rather give a free estimate but when I need a service asap and trying to choose between several options, I don't have time to invite people over and field several free estimates. HTA said they could come between 3-5 and when I asked at 3 if they had a better idea of exact time, they said 4:30 and were there on the dot. They came in, replaced the filler valve, tested it several times and were done within a short time. Paid via Zelle. Easy peasy. My only comment would be I wish they wore booties over their shoes. Whitaker Plumbing is exceptional in every sense, and I could not be more pleased with the service…read morethey provided installing my Toto LS bidet toilet in my high-rise condo. From the outset, everything felt effortless and professional. Shane and Dylan were outstanding -- polished, knowledgeable, and quietly confident in their work. They arrived punctually, treated the home with great respect, and carried themselves with a level of professionalism that immediately inspires trust. They even offered to wear booties without hesitation, which I deeply appreciated in a condo setting. This was not a simple installation, given the high-end nature of the Toto fixture and the complexities of a high-rise environment, yet they handled everything with complete ease. The work was performed with precision and care, and the result is flawless. Everything functions perfectly, and the bathroom was left immaculate, as though they had never been there. What stood out most was the calm efficiency and refinement of the entire experience. There was no disruption, no mess, and no uncertainty -- just seamless execution and true craftsmanship from beginning to end. Whitaker Plumbing exemplifies what true professional service should feel like. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them with complete confidence for any plumbing needs, especially where quality and attention to detail truly matter.

When checking under the house they found another active leak and also identified an issue with our water pressure regulator. Unlike many plumbers I've worked with, they took excellent video of the problems, communicated ever step and action, and made sure we fully understood the problems. To top it off, they were immediately available to come out, investigate, provide a solution, and spent the entire day resolving all three problems so we could have water back the same day. We've had zero issue with those problems since! Forward to today, call #2, totally unrelated issue, and they once again show up first thing in the morning on a Sunday to diagnose and begin addressing the problem. With exceptional service and an honest, hard working team, I hope you consider calling Beeto's for your next plumbing need, I certainly will.

This is the second time we've had Beeto's Plumbing out to the house and both times have gone very well. This time around we had a leaking bathroom faucet issue and he was able to come out the next morning, assess the problem, and present options for us so we could make the best decision to get it fixed. While here, we asked if he could check out another issue outside with a very slow draining storm drainage pipe, before El Nino hits this year, and he was able to start on it right away. He showed us before and after, with the drain camera, as it was moving through the pipe to see all the build up and tree root, and again to see how nice and clear/clean the pipe was afterwards. During the whole day, he was very straightforward, informative, detailed, and thorough with us so we could make the right choices along the way and I appreciated that so much! Humberto was always open to any questions I had and he does such great work as well! It's refreshing to work with a plumbing company so professional and fair. Beeto's Plumbing will continue to be the first company we call for any and all plumbing needs!
