He quoted me an incredible price and when I shared with him the financial trouble our community was in he decided to donate a backflow he rebuilt and did the installation for us for free on his birthday weekend. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion after our backflow test failed. The only one certified and listed on the county of public health's site that I could find high reviews for was Simply Backflow. I gave them a call, and I sure am glad I did. When Mino (Minas) came out to see us, he was polite and courteous and made sure to explain carefully what was going on. Our backflow also failed when he tested, but he gave a very reasonable price to rebuild and even went above and beyond to suggest how we can prevent our backflow from failing sooner. If there's anything I could suggest that would make their service even better, is to give more of an advanced notification of when they're coming so we can prepare ahead of time. That all changed this week when I decided to reach out and see if I could find a new company. I came upon Simply Backflow Testing and Repair in a google search and I'm happy to announce they are our new backflow testing company. Sara is on top of her game, she was able to get us scheduled in a few days, which allowed us to cancel our previous company at one of our sites that we had been waiting for weeks to go test done. She let me know a day and time frame and we were all set. They were able to set us up at two properties back to back which is great, because we like to be present for the test. The tech called when he was on her way and when we couldn't meet him at the first site got the test done and met us at the second site. He was efficient, friendly, and great assets to his team When you are managing over 35 properties you need dependable people. In desperation we had to cancel the next day patients too and then as a last ditch effort I called Simply Backflow from Yelp. Minas was great.
