This was one of the easier companies to deal with as far as receiving a quote and setting up an appointment. Reasonably priced as well. Requested a quote to test a backflow for our wholesale nursery via email which Jan provided promptly. She then copied the tech, Riley, who would do the test, into the email to have the appointment set up. Riley showed up as promised and performed the test without any issues. An invoice and completed backflow test was emailed to me along with different ways to pay. Credit card payments are an option and no service fees are charged to use this method. Contacted the company as the City of Carson demanded a backflow test in our property. Vannesa was very friendly and professional when answering the phone, asked all the right questions and quoted me a very reasonable price. I agreed to the service and we set and appointment to when I was available. On the day of the set appointment, Manny called me advising me he was coming over. Once he arrived, Manny went straight to the area where the backflow risers are located at and did his necessary tests and completed the report for us. He also offered to mail it for us. Also, I want to note that Manny was well groomed, and his tools were clean and organized. Very satisfied with service and this company is highly recommended.
