Understanding this is covid and times are rough, AND this business has the best Acai bowls hands down. However, the past three times I'm buying Acai here, I have to wait 30 min for my order. Customers wait in the heat with no shelter and many times people that order after you with same amount of orders get there's first. The person working has not figured a way to process orders efficiently. Today while waiting in 100 degree heat, a mom with 2 kids in stroller's order was past over by 3 customers that ordered after her. Also the guy behind me ordered two Acai bowls, as did I and he received his before us, he even commented that this was whack. They are allowing online orders and this may be part of the problem- too many orders for one person to make and they get flustered and confused on what is coming in at different times. Online orders were melting to the side waiting for their owners, while outside customers wait 30 min and are melting... not sure I would recommend at this time- or recommend giving yourself plenty of time if you do order. The restaurant next door could make a complete meal in the time you get your Acai bowl. read more

Been passing by this place and waiting for it to be open! I was so excited to try the açaí bowl and it beat my expectations. So delicious! I added strawberries, bee pollen, and peanut butter and it was so good! They have so many interesting toppings to choose from. I personally even liked it without toppings, it's that good! I really wanted to give a 5 star rating but I did not for the following reason. Let me first start off with how delicious the bowls are. I even turned my coworkers on to the Açaí Bar and we order through Postmates 3 times a week. I'm a nurse at a nearby hospital and we are working extremely hard through this worldwide pandemic. Being on the frontline, we are very serious about infection control however I was LIVID that our order was received with the bag wide open, not stapled or sealed to prevent tampering with. This is unacceptable as there are a lot of weirdos in the world that do evil things. I called the store and spoke with one of workers who seemed very apologetic but clearly didn't see the importance of my concerns but assured they would fix the problem for future deliveries. Well, yesterday we placed another order and the bag arrived wide open again. I hope the owner reads this review and comes up with a plan for contactless delivery or your growing crew of nurses that love your bowls will find another place to support. read more

I came here a few months ago when I was looking for a good açaí place out in the area, and this was the nearest one. I ended up ordering the Acai berry smoothie, which one of the employees suggested since I wasn't in the mood for a bowl. The taste is on the sweet side as opposed to being tart, thanks to the dates and peanut butter. I feel like they could ease up on the measurements for both of them, and it would still be just as good. Overall, the place is really pretty. The employees are super nice and helpful. The price is slightly more expensive compared to other acai places I go to. I'd give this place five stars, but I'd have to come back to try the bowls first. read more

I ordered the Butter me Up, I wanna say that it was super delicious. Parking is super easy and customer service is good. But I have two complaints, fist: prices are a little bit high, overpriced for those portions, they should be bigger for those prices. Second: they use a lot of plastic, you can substitute the plastic cup for other biodegradable material, the entire world is trying to avoid plastic and using biodegradable materials, let's help our planet. I go to other açaí places in Hollywood and they use carton cups and paper bags. I would like to go back to this place, I would like to give 5 stars to this place because I really loved their açaí. They're open right now for pick up. I used to swear by SunLife for the best açaí bowls, but parking is a pain and they're closed right now, so we tried this new place, and it is great!! We ordered the breakfast bowls which are Acai, warm oatmeal, granola, and your choice of fruit and it was a healthy hearty start to my day. My daughter and I have been wanting to check this place out and finally made it in this weekend... twice! It was really that good. The portion was generous and the options for toppings were just what we both wanted. I brought a bowl home for my husband, who isn't big on sweets, but also not big on healthy foods, and he loved it. The acai is similar in texture to ice cream with just the right amount of sweetness. I topped mine with peanut butter, fresh fruit, and cocoa nibs, which was the perfect amount of sweet, savory, and crunchy for me. My daughter went with Nutella, strawberries, and granola. Crazy good...but subjectively healthy with an undisclosed amount of cane sugar added to the Acai blend, but still...super delicious. Tasted like ice cream- loved the thickness and consistency and fruit added was very fresh and ripe. Will definitely come again for dessert but may stick with Sunlife for my healthy no-sugar-added version. read more

Great bowls, everything was delicious and the staff was very nice! We caught them at a really busy time and I think the owner and staff are still working out the kinks of handling a rush but appreciated how kind they were. My only suggestion to management- take customers names and put them on orders. I saw a couple orders be taken by the wrong people and the staff was confused by the ticket system they were using. But overall loved the space, the people, and the food. I will be returning! read more

it's great food but my issue is they have bananas that are on the picture and when i went to put my toppings on it there was no button for it so i asked if they could put bananas on it, i didn't hear anything from them and i got none. also the past two times i add granola and then they put more granola than the acai. it's like i'm eating mouthful of granola instead of acai.. the button is no button for bananas on the doordash app read more
