Service was fast and amazing. The dispatcher called to confirm the whereabouts of the and the final destination. I got a text to let me know it was completed. read more

I will always call Able Towing first! Groomed, uniformed drivers. Modern, clean equipment. Fast service. Of course I understand that speed is realative to how many people are in need of a tow at the moment. If you have ever had a sketchy tow truck and driver pick you up at night after waiting for 2 hours alone in the dark, you will appreciate having an Able truck and driver show up to save you when you need a tow! read more

We experienced friendly, professional, polite, and efficient service from Able Towing, dealing with two drivers and their dispatch. Service was quick and rates were reasonable. Ask for Roger. read more

I only used this place because this is who my insurance decided to call out. I called this place before I knew my insurance covered the towing and I actually hung up on the lady for being so rude and incompetent. I explained to her the situation, gave her my address and exactly now to get there. She stops me and asks "wait what are we doing? Were picking it up at your house?" ....yes lady?! I just told you my car is at my place, the place it needs serviced at is 2 miles away I need if towed there. I didn't know that was that confusing but apparently for dispatcher it was. The actual towing and towing service was decent the guy was super sweet. read more

I had some motorcycle troubles on my way home from work so I originally called Vacaville Tow to tow it to my house. They wanted to charge me $115 for a 2 mile tow. I thought that was ridiculous considering I paid less to tow my car further through them! So I called Able Towing instead and they only charged me $80. The guy who picked me up (I think his name is Thomas but it's hard to tell on the receipt) was really nice and professional even though he got called out to me 10 minutes before he was scheduled to be off. It turns out he was one of their motorcycle towing specialists and he took care of my bike in a way that showed he must have one of his own. I hope I never have to call them again but if I do, they'll be my first call. read more

Well my car battery was fried from no one driving it for six months, so the guy picks is up however the repair shops just closed and we need a car for work. So the driver drove us to walmart and we got a battery and installed it for us on the spot no charge. All in all a great place and good service read more

Excellent service from both the dispatch office and Ken (driver). Called and they were here at a moments notice. Had a slight setback but that wasn't ANY of their fault whatsoever. Ken didn't ask any questions, just hooked my vehicle and followed me to the mechanic shop. Thanks for your help Able Towing! read more

I wish we would have used Able but we used Vacaville Tow because they were a few minutes faster and it was nearly 5:00 so we needed to get to the repair shop which stayed open late to wait for us but we paid the price for it @ $90 for 3 miles because of "freeway" rates to drive less than a 1/4 mile on the freeway after the truck died in a safe section of the freeway. The auto shop we were towed to Motoring Specialists recommended Able but sadly we had already called Vacaville towing. Don't make the same mistake we did, call Able towing. read more

These tow driver are so cool. Very careful with my vehicle and was very nice. I used them twice and both times very satisfied.

I had a flat tire one day at work and since I had just bought my new car I thought I would try out that standard roadside service deal that came with it!! :) Just checking out how big of a bang I am getting for my buck. So anyways, I call and I did not get the name of the lady that answered the phone and took all my information but she was super friendly and got all the details correct. Keep in mind I am on a military installation so it took them a little effort to get to me. They arrived within 15 minutes of my call and changed my tire for me. The gentleman who changed the tire was very friendly, capable and helpful. He did not make this single female feel nervous at all. I would highly recommend this business for whatever needs you may have. read more

Wow what an amazing experience!!!! I called my roadside assistance, hung up and Able towing showed up within just a few minutes!! Such a nice guy... I was exhausted and he just made it such an easy, painless process!! Thank you Able Towing!! read more

Great experience! showed up fast, put our truck back in the driveway better than it was before it broke down, friendly and knowledgable! Highly recommend them! read more

The truck got there 20 minutes before eta. The guy who came was amazingly nice. I didn't catch his name but he had dirty blonde hair in a bun. When we got to my apartment I told him to just leave in the parking lot and I would drive it into a spot but when he saw that I was struggling with my two kids and groceries, he offered to move it for me. Not only did be move it but he also locked the car AND ran the keys over to me! Great customer service over at able towing. If I need a tow again, I will definitely call them. read more

I can honestly say Able's Towing is solely in it for the money after my horrible experience with them tonight. My 11 month old son was locked in the car with the keys in the ignition after my dog accidentally pressed the lock button. I immediately called BMW Roadside Assistance to see if they could remote unlock my door for me. Unfortunately they were unable to, and they begin to reach out local towing companies. BMW called me back to let me know that they had no luck because all the towing companies were either closed or were unable to get onto Travis AFB. I then called Security Forces who assured me that if I gave them the company and driver's name that they would grant them access and escort them to my house. I called Able's Towing to relay this message, and the receptionist informed me that they were only responding to law enforcement for the night. I told the woman that Security Forces aka law enforcement specifically told me to call them so that they could assist, but her driver still refused to take the call. I literally begged and pleaded with the woman since at this time my son was locked in the car for over 45 minutes. Her only response was, "well I don't know why you're on the phone with me then, you should be breaking your window". Right after I got off the phone with her, Security Forces arrived. Since they have a business relationship with Able's Towing, they called them on my behalf. However, this time they got the REAL reasoning behind why they refused to come and help me...they were not going to make that much money off of me, so the driver did not want to waste his time EVEN THOUGH a baby's life was on the line. It had NOTHING to do with them "not having military access to the base" and had NOTHING to do with "only responding to law enforcement", but it had EVERYTHING to do with what would get them biggest bang for their buck. As a first responder in the military, I am completely disgusted with their business ethic or lack of ethics. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I am so thankful for Security Forces, the Fire Department and the Paramedics at Travis AFB who went above and beyond to help me in one of the most frightening times in my life. read more

Bad business practices. Beware of using their services everyone we have dealt with is extremely rude and have no idea how to treat people. I've been in customer service for years and I'm embarrassed for them. read more

Extremely impressed with the provided customer service and quote for towing! I also want to thank John for his professional service and his prompt response in getting to my location within 30min. Excellent job all around and i will continue to stay in business with Abel Towing! read more

I've had to use a tow truck service 2 times in the past 3 years, although I didn't call directly (I called my insurance company who finds the service for me) I had Able Towing come very quickly to help. They are professional, quick & efficient. I hope I don't have to have a tow anytime soon but if I do, I'll choose Able! read more

When shit goes bad, it goes real bad right? House keys lost, car won't start, and its not the battery. Luckily Able towing was there earlier than the estimated eta and the young man was nice and didn't let me being upset at the world mess with his routine. He was by the books and did everything in a timely manner. Garret was very professional, nice and even called me later when the car reached the right destination. The company who had been in charge of my roadside assistance gave him/his dispatch the wrong dealership. He called me to make sure it was ok to take it to another location. Not to mention he was nice to my dog who had been in the heat and being ridiculously winey haha. Professional, Kind, Courteous, and a Gentleman. Thank you! read more

We had a disabled car on the side of the road that we couldn't even roll while in neutral because the wheels had seized up. Ken arrived quickly and worked tirelessly to get the car loaded and over to the mechanic. Once there, Ken wouldn't leave until the car had been backed properly into a parking space despite it being a difficult process. The car REALLY didn't want to move and Ken tried several different techniques and finally got it moved to where it needed to be. We can't stress enough how dedicated and professional he was in a really tough situation. read more

This is honestly the worst tow company! They take forever to get to you, and when they do get to you they're rude and lazy.

I've saved Able Towing into my phone contacts so that I remember to call them first. Had a tough experience with another tow company and after 2 1/2 hour wait through my insurance company's provider, I canceled and called Able. Within 15 minutes Arturo from Able rolled up and got me squared away. Friendly service, clean car, organized paperwork. All the right touches to turn my day around! read more

Worst company ever. Had to stop him from burning my car down and. Jumper cables sparked a fired. Nick called dispatch they told him call someone else. Nick did not know what he was doing. Second mishaps with them. Don't do it. read more

My insurance provider sent Able Towing to my home for a flat tire. The ETA was an hour but they arrived within 15 minutes. The provider was extremely courteous and even made sure that my spare was adequate before placing it on the car. In a time where customer service doesn't seem to be important to many businesses, I was extremely impressed with Able Towing. read more

Stay clear of this business! If they tow your car you will pay a handsome fee to every retrieve it. Good luck.
