They had my car for a week and on the day I picked it up the repair guy runs out and says sorry it's not completely fixed and we need to order a different rear turn signal light and it should be in later in the week. Why would you have me pick up my car in the rain and it's not fixed. Two weeks later I called asking can I come get the light fixed because I'm driving around with a hazard light on my dashboard and when I use the blinker it is rapid blanking because they installed the incorrect light. No response or call until January they called saying we made a mistake and you need to come in to pay the deductible. I explained I asked so many times and the guy insisted I had no Deductible for the light. At that time I asked again when will the Light be fixed. They asked me to come in. I went to the office and was told sorry we need to order the light because they don't know what happened. Another two weeks later I called stating it's been since October I'm driving around with a rapid blinking light. The repair guys says oh I'm Sorry I don't know what happened but I will order it now. Another week later I called stating and the manager states sorry the repair guys says oh was fired so we have to order the light. A week after that now into mid February I get a call to come in and I owe deductible. I explained this is very poor service. I feel like being a women with two car seats in the car they didn't take the situation seriously and I was driving for 4 months with a rapid blanking light. I feel like this would have never occurred I. This manner had I been a man. Frustrated and feeling deflated.

Customer service was non existent both times I was there. No I will be right with you or anything. You simply assumed someone would be with you and sit and wait until he got off the phone and acknowledge your presence. Waiting area has seen better days. Value- we paid our deductible so it was okay. What sucked even more is before they use to Cordinator rental service with drop off and had a car there for you. Now you have to drop off you car and hope you have a ride to go get your rental wherever that might be. Overall I wouldn't choose this place by choice. Only reason we went there was because our insurance sent us there.

Very disappointing experience with this roadside provider…read more After the incident occurred during the service call, the technician immediately tried to blame us instead of handling the situation professionally. After calming down, he acknowledged that he had made a mistake and repeatedly pushed for a private settlement instead of going through proper insurance channels. He then refused to provide the company's insurance information. At the scene, he also pretended to record video evidence, but when the roadside claims department later contacted the provider, they completely denied the facts and refused to cooperate. ***BE CAREFUL*** What has been most frustrating is not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Based on our experience, once damage occurs, this company appears far more focused on denying responsibility than resolving the issue fairly and professionally.
