Working with them regarding billing and what was considered in and out of scope was a nightmare. Despite my best efforts to make sure we were on the same page in regards to what I wanted done and making sure it was on the invoice it did not stop the invoices for extra work coming out saying it was out of scope. I agreed with the first change order regarding a bench but when more change orders and invoices started showing up with no heads up is when I started asking questions. And even when I said that I told them to give me a heads up on out of scope work, I still got new invoices for out of scope work. $1200 for extra hours for sloping the shower pan, $200 for extra trash removal, $600 for extra plumbing work. TLDR: Lowest Bid, Still great work, but expect them to nickel and dime you until it is done.

UPDATE: After two days of no shows, AK (the supervisor) gave me a call on Thursday evening at 8pm…read more He said he was unaware of what was happening and just found out. The dispatch guy who spoke to me that morning said he had escalated my call to the supervisor. Either way, I am thankful it finally got to him and contacted me. He was very nice and said someone would be out the next day for sure. Cue came Friday afternoon and did some repairs. He was kind as well, and seemed to know what he was doing. I am glad to have my garage door working properly again. It was super frustrating to get someone on the line and to show up, but once they did, the job was completed. Thank you I do NOT recommend- they don't appreciate the business. Take yours elsewhere. We originally contacted this company to repair our garage system in September 2023. It is now May 2024 and we have been having issues for weeks now. I reached out the company days ago and scheduled for someone to come Tuesday between 9-11am. Someone from the office called at 11:15 asking if the repairman had shown up. I told him no which then he replied with "oh, well there was an accident so he won't be coming". I thought this was pretty comical as the only other time we used them back in September, we were told there was an accident when the guy didn't show up that day either. I'm unsure if this is just their go to excuse, or if everyone there is a walking hazard. Anyway, they rescheduled for 4pm later that day, again no show and no call from anyone. I reached out multiple times and left voicemails that night. Wednesday comes and goes with myself reaching out multiple times and STILL NO response. This company has been horrible to deal with and clearly doesn't have time for any more on their plate. They also could have potentially sold and installed a defective product and won't come look at it now as it is within the warranty time. Pretty sketchy in my opinion. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else.

First off, communication (email & phone) with Dan (owner), Jason, and Miguel was on point! For both…read morevisits, they called at least 30 minutes in advance to let me know of their ETA. I'd submitted my email to get their online coupons. Pricing was very good and didn't waiver (no upsell, no hidden charges, etc). And the service provided was just what we wanted/needed. We'd been having an intermittent issue with the door stopping a foot or two short. This type of issue can be hard to diagnose sometimes when the issue isn't obvious. I had several back-n-forth emails with Dan (owner) wherein he gave me various instructions on things to check/tweak in case I was able to fix it myself. I'd let him know that I'd replaced the motor etc myself awhile back and that I could likely handle a few basic tasks. I think most garage door repair companies would simply want to send a technician out. It's a business after all. And among other things, businesses exist to make money. So I was pleasantly surprised when he kept trying to solve my problem without having to send anyone out ... and without billing us. In the end, I did ask that they send someone out after I'd exhausted my abilities. During their first visit, Miguel and his brother performed a tune up, checked and adjusted the belt tension, installed new ball bearing rollers as ours were really old, installed the new sensors that I had sitting on a shelf that'd come with the new motor, and lubricated everything. The door stopped again (just once) several days later. So I asked that they come back over. Miguel came by himself this second visit and checked everything out and determined that the problem is likely due to a bent panel section on the door that's flexing a little. We were given a suggested fix but it's just not worth spending the money on at this time. Of course, no charge for this follow up visit. I also ended up having a thorough conversation with Miguel regarding the garage door industry -- specifically the ethics more or less with some companies. We talked about how some companies may overcharge, some may take advantage of folks who just don't know better, some may perform unnecessary services ... all to get a bigger payday. He spoke VERY highly of his employer (Dan) and the team with whom he works. He came across as being proud to be working for an upstanding company that can help people without taking advantage of them. It's nice (and too rare) to hear someone speak so highly of their job, etc.
