William was great! I was able to get an appointment for my 16 year old son right away and William's flexibility in scheduling allowed him to finish his 6 hours in two weekends. William was great, very patient with me and got me comfortable to the point where I passed my test. I failed twice before I went to ABC and passed with flying colors. The ONLY wack thing that happened to me was I drove with William 3 times and used his car and expected the same thing the day of when I practiced an hour before my test and instead of William and the car I've been using it was his dad and another car, and his dad spoke no English. I was shopping for driving schools (single mom with only 1 child, on a budget), and when I called , I was a little sketchy because they guy who answered the phone wasn't a secretary and it really didn't sound like an office or anything like that (plus he had an accent). After speaking with the gentleman on the phone, the guy answered all of my questions. I even called back again and asked more questions. I decided to go for it. We made our arrangements on the phone (i had not yet met him), all sessions , he picked my son up from school in Balboa, they had their session then my son drove himself home. I paid the class over the three days we had arranged. Never was William unprofessional, my son actually even felt a lot more confident after. He was ready to take the DMV behind the wheel test (certificate and all). William was even able to get a better appointment or us and scheduled it. We've had three of our kids take driving lessons from Peter and we would definitely recommend him as an instructor (especially having tried a different instructor previously!) Each of our kids have high praise for Peter as a great instructor as well as person. Everything they needed to know to be safe on the road and pass their driver's test he thoroughly covered. He's very clear on what a driver is doing wrong, how to improve, as well as affirming what is done right. It made it easy for them to know how they were measuring up and what to focus their practice on. We noticed vast improvements in their driving as a result of his instruction (and even improvements in our own) and can honestly say it is to his credit that they all passed their driver's exam on the first try. I would highly recommend this ABC driving school to anyone that is new on the road trying to obtain there drivers license. I was nervous and intimidated by other drivers on the road. I didn't have friends that would consistently teach me how to drive. So I called this place and William answered the phone. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful on reaching my goal to achieve my drivers permit. He helped build my confidence and awareness on the roads of vannuys and North Hollywood by giving me advice on what to do and what not to do on the road. At first i called around to check on how much the driving schools would be and which one would fit my budget. And other schools were higher in price range and I wasn't sure if I was going to take ABC driving school because the price was to good to be true, very reasonable, compared to other drivers schools I called. And there prices were higher. But I stepped out on faith and took it. I obtained my drivers license for only practicing 6hrs with William and a few hrs with a friend or two. He's very encouraging by telling me to relax and he notice my progress. I thank God for a teacher like him. William showed me the technique on how to turn and release the stirring wheel,which I'm good at now. And he's not there just for the money. Amazing. William is patient, nice and very flexible. Lessons are affordable and you get 2 hours, plus he can fit you in whenever you need it. He can also help get you appointments not advertised on the DMV site: he texted me the night before and got me in for a Saturday and I passed!! You can use his car for the test as well. Horrible service found this driving school online I wanted my sister to take a couple of classes to prepare so when I found this school online I called and made an appt when the day of the appt came I never heard a word or got a call so once it was 30 mins after my appt I called and they told me that they had scheduled wrong but we can change it to the next day at 3:30 so when the next appt came again I waited and heard nothing so I called again and no answer I then decided I would go the the address which I assumed was the office of the driving school and it took me to an apartment what kind of service is this I really feel no one should trust some one with bad customer service that doesn't even have the decency to call and let you know they can't make it or someone who doesn't Evan have an office I don't know if this is his personal address but that is not right. now I'm kinda glad he never showed read more
