I'm so glad I chose this driving school. I'm a 24-year-old, who didn't have a liscense, and because of some trauma I was very nervous to learn to drive. In addition I'm highly distractible, anxious, and usually over-caffienated. Smiley really was my guardian angel. Patient, understanding, calm, and always up-beat, he gave me not only expert instruction, but the confidence I needed to drive. I read a lot of reviews that said something like "passed my test on the first try!" and thought there was no way that would be me. As of today, I did exactly that. By the start of the second lesson I felt completely at home and comfortable behind the wheel, and by the third I was ready for my test. I cannot offer enough praise to Smiley's diligent instruction. I really have felt completely safe under his guidance. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, diligent, I really don't have anything negative to say about my experience. Overall it was wonderful. The teacher I received was really bad he acted fake like he was my friend but wouldn't help me at all when it came to driving instead of helping me lose my nervousness he made me more nervous than before doesn't really teach you anything as well just learn how to drive on main streets and turns doesn't go in depth on reverse and doesn't teach for you for 2 hrs more like an hour and a half read more

I made an appointment, took a 1hr30 bus drive to the dmv to meet the instructor, all excited. This was worst experience and costly. $140 for 2hrs. I had Vickie, you can't fall on worse. First when I arrived, she got out of her car, looking exhausted not even responding to my hello, just said "oh, it's you" I m like "yes". In my mind "Have we met before?" We get in. She's very aggressive about getting her money which is fine. She blurred through showing me the emergency lights, the signs etc...blurred through it, not really wanting to show me like a teacher should. She asked me the last I taken lessons and I said a year ago. She proceeded to say "your other instructors never showed you this?" Who cares about the other instructors, I m starting new. I said "it would not hurt if you show me slowly as well" She made me feel very uncomfortable right off the start and feel like a looser cause I didn't remember things from a year ago. Then we started to drive and again she acted like she has met me before and I should understand what she says : left, right , shoulder. ???? What does that mean? She could not construct full comprehensible sentences. Poor communication, no patience, she removed her mask several time to drink from her thermostat in a closed car during this new strand pandemic. She didn't want to be there, she might have been tired? After I told her I couldn't understand her half sentences, then she tried speaking fully and be a bit more patient and nicer. I m a new student in need to be shown things and instructed as if it was the first time. She tried to encouraged me towards the end of the lesson after a shower of criticism the whole ride. This was a very uncomfortable class. I had to cancel the following class after I tried so hard to suppress how she treated me and get my much needed class done. I could not do it. I contacted the school, and all I got was sorry for this experience. Not even a $5 refund which I would appreciate a gesture demonstrating you actually care. Some instructors have been doing this for so long thinking that the years means you are a good instructor, it does not. You are an instructor that grew fed up but won't quit by habit and because it's comfortable. I don't know anything about this school's other instructors. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. My daughter had a confirmed appointment with this school to take her to practice and to dmv for testing. They did not show up. I called and due to their error they did not have it on their records. I had confirmed texts from the school with time and date. They are so unprofessional and unreliable. My daughter was so stressed out due to their incompetence. We were depending on them to provide the service we booked and they totally failed. The school rep offered to send someone but stated my daughter would not get the full lesson before the driving test. They offered no compensation until I asked. Smiley is such a great instructor. I suffered from road anxieties and never got comfortable driving, but once I took classes with Smiley, I felt at ease. He's very informative and collective when on the road and he really values your time and progress as well. I was honestly unsure if I would be able to drive comfortably and safely as a first time adult driver (21+), so I got the 10 hrs + driving test package. The appointment set up was easy and straightforward! Vicky was my instructor and she's very honest about how well you're doing and what you need to improve on. I did my lessons within a month and passed on my first try! The car this school has is very clean and well maintained. THEY STOLE OUR $100!!!! BEWARE!!! We had given an extra amount by mistake and the driver teaching us agreed that we had given an extra amount. We called the office and the rude lady denied that we gave extra. On top of that, on the driving test day, the instructor was different from the one we usually drive with. She came late and drove to a different DMV. When they came back to reschedule there wasn't time for our son to practice, he went straight to the test and unfortunately didn't pass. The lady instructor was visibly stressed and it made our son anxious. These people are very unorganized. I suggest going somewhere that are trustful with money and can teach more than 3 days. $500 for three days is ridiculous. read more

My instructor was Vicky and she was great, she helped me feel calm and safe while still managing to push me to learn and let go of that fear. This school's prices and policies are not very good. They only allow 30 days to complete the teen 6hr driving instruction ( 3 two hour sessions.) They also raised their prices pretty significantly. The DMV requires two hours with an instructor before parents can then work with their teen to get the 50 hours of practice. The other driving school we used for my older kid allowed for instruction to be scheduled any time up until the driving test; at least a six month endeavor (as required by DMV.) The other school recommended taking the final 2hr session right before my daughter took her driving test so that they could make sure she remembered all of the important techniques to pass the test and had not developed any bad habits during her 50 hours of practice. 7-24 school would require an expensive hourly rate to offer any instruction when it is time for the behind the wheel test. Too bad they don't have policies more conducive to the DMV timeframes required for a teen to get a license. read more

My daughter did the (3) two hour session for her driving requirements with Smiley. He was extremely patient and kind. I noticed after each lesson she improved tremendously and was more and more confident in her driving skills. Smiley was super dependable. Last minute he was able to accommodate us and allow us to rent his car so my daughter could take her driving test. My son passed his Driving Test at the first time !! I spoke with them the first time and everything was very easy, It was for some driving lessons for my 16 year old son. The prices are very reasonable, and always on time for each class. They arrive where you tell them to pick up our children. at home, at the end of school, at work, etc. Smiley was his instructor, my son says that he was always very "cool" , kind and knows how to feel safe on the road to his students... Little by little, my son felt more confident and did everything correctly. The day of the driving test at the DMV, Smiley arrived to pick up my son at my house, during the hour before the appointment they were practicing again, then they arrived at the DMV a few minutes before and my son was already in line waiting for his turn Everything was very good! My son passed his test and all thanks to his instructor !! So I've already started giving the driving school phone number to all my friends in case they need it!
