I usually get pink and white (acrylics or gel) when I go to her and it's always even and each nail is a mirror image of the other hand. She checked them while she works which is a big plus. Now, if you get your nails done as regular as I do, you know how difficult it is to get an appointment at any nail place and mind you we ALL have busy schedules. Well, Michelle works 6 days a week and makes time for me even with my hectic schedule. I will admit there are times when I went elsewhere to get my nails done (out of convenience). I would compare their work on my nails to what Michelle would have done and was always disappointed. I always came back to her. I get compliments from my family, friends and co-workers all the time and am happy to refer them. With the little nails beds I have, she makes them look beautiful, which makes me happy.

FYI - Her salon has replaced the "Alice Nails" salon in the plaza. It is always relaxing to come here, chat with Sally, and get nail art done. I've been doing tips/nail art each time I've come. I love her dip application, and she's really thorough with completing any nail art you request of her. If it's your first time doing nail art mani, just know that it's likely a 2 hour ish process. It was my first time doing nail art when I came, and I didn't know it'd take that long haha. In that time frame, I got: + Cuticles cleaned up + Tips applied + Tips cut/shaped (I like the almond/oval look) + Dipped (or gel, as my 2nd visit was a gel look) + Nail art! + Cured? My natural nails were over-filed, painful, and began peeling. The shaping was uneven, she didn't ask about what length or shape I wanted and the polish was applied in thick layers that bubbled. The technician acknowledged the issue and agreed in writing to issue a refund but did not follow through and then blocked me on social media. I had to pay another salon for a full removal and repair due to the damage. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend.

Updating. Was in town and had shoulder pain so went for a 60 minute massage. I thought of keeping…read moreup with time so i did. Massage started at 6:45PM and finished at 7:35PM. But it was not straight time, she stepped out a few times to talk to customers. Massage was rushed, but I didn't want to make 10 minutes a big deal. As soon as I walked out of the room and was offered water I was asked for tip. It was no different than other massage places where they demand tip. She asked like if I couldn't leave with out tipping. I'm all for tipping but it was a short massage on time and rushed. And the way she just asked as soon as I got out was not necessary. I thought this place was "best" from my first experience but it's not anymore. That is my opinion.
