My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. And she charged me 150 dollars to come out with less eyelashes I had when I went in. I look horrible and I paid $150 to have my own eyelashes pulled out. i asked her what kind of lashes she was using and she said that I SAID I WANTED THEM TO LOOK NATURAL. I NEVER EVEN SAID THAT!!! Some use paraffin wax, hot stones, a variety of fragrances like lavender or vanilla, and different amounts of time for massage. I got a Gel X mani and pedi with cat eye design and left feeling like a brand new woman. Elaine was friendly, patient and super detailed (which I love because I am very type A and don't play about my nails lol). She really took her time shaping and prepping. The almond was shaped to perfection and natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted, and the gel polish lasted me 4 weeks and did not chip at all.
