Lana is highly skilled and pays a lot of attention to the structure of the nails. They always look thin, elegant, and natural instead of thick or heavy. I'm always happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail work!

She took off all of my lashes, my eyes were burning and I laid there for two hours and when she was done I had less lashes than I had before I went in. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. And she charged me 150 dollars to come out with less eyelashes I had when I went in. I look horrible and I paid $150 to have my own eyelashes pulled out. i asked her what kind of lashes she was using and she said that I SAID I WANTED THEM TO LOOK NATURAL. I NEVER EVEN SAID THAT!!! Ladies be careful of this place if you're looking to have lashes done. THEN She said she would take them off for me!! HA! After pulling out my real lashes and having my eyes glued together.... do you think I want her to take them off and leave me looking like this? However, the nail service I received was not at all what I would expect. This was my first time getting my nails done in 2 years so I was excited to go. The gentleman who did my dip manicure cut my fingers in multiple places. The dip was extremely thick and wonky.. shape was weird. Quite frankly I didn't have time to even correct it at that point because I was going to be late for work because he was working extremely slow. I was very disappointed and unfortunately won't be returning.

I came in for acrylic and she took the time to educate me on why Gel X is healthier for my nail than acrylic and since I am big on healthy nails I was sold immediately. Elaine was friendly, patient and super detailed (which I love because I am very type A and don't play about my nails lol). She really took her time shaping and prepping. The almond was shaped to perfection and natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted, and the gel polish lasted me 4 weeks and did not chip at all. I've gotten so many compliments (even after 4 weeks of grow out). The pedicure was so relaxing too - she got rid of all the crust off my feet. If you're picky about your nails like me, Elaine is where it is at. I highly recommend her!
