I asked if they had appointments and instead of saying they have one in 30 minutes they said I can come in now and get it done now. 2 people left because their services were half done and paused, and they rushed me leaving hair and then blaming needing to rush on why my chin was now raw. I want a full refund for this service and will contact the business. I now have scars on my chin and bumps. Terrible experience. I got a Gel X mani and pedi with cat eye design and left feeling like a brand new woman.
