I walked in around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman at the front had a very gentle, welcoming energy. He wasn't pushy about services, just patiently offered me the menu and let me decide. I got a basic pedi and mani. I was helped by Angie and Kelly, I believe. Unfortunately, I was on a call when I walked in, and I hate being rude, so I got off pretty quickly to speak with them. They were kind and really helpful, especially when it came to choosing a nail color because I never know what I want. I joked about how bad my nails probably were as the pile of cuticles she was cutting kept growing, lol, but it was all good. They did a great job and told me to relax while everything dried. When I looked like I was about to get up and leave, Angie came right over with slippers for me. She anticipated exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Nam gave me a gel manicure and Ann gave me my pedicure. Both women did an amazing job!! I felt so rude having been on the phone because they showed genuine care the entire time they did my nails. Ann was consistently asking if I was comfortable or if she needed to alter her massage technique.
