The nails techs have generally been kind, deliberate, communicate effectively and ensure you're happy. I've also always had an appointment though. I recently stopped in at 1pm on a random Wednesday when I had a couple hours to spare, thinking I would not need an appointment -- I was wrong. It did not look busier than normal and had several empty stations where I would have thought they'd offer to put me to soak until someone was available but I was told it was a 2 to 3 hour wait and encouraged to make an appointment. It seems there are two kinds of nail salons: those that make you feel genuinely welcomed the moment you walk in: offering a drink, trying to fit you in if they can, and making hospitality part of the experience, and those that are more appointment-driven and transactional. In my experience, while the work is good and dazzle dry may entice me to revisit, this salon falls into the latter category. TLDR: always book ahead.

LCS is a nice and comfortable salon with a lot of pedi stations against the walls and mani stations down the middle. As busy as they were that day, my pedi took one hour w/o interruption. The staff are super friendly and ask about your comfort level or if you want something to drink. If ever back in Frisco and in need of a pedi, LCS is who I will call for an appointment.

Cindy did my mom's pedicure and did such an amazing job, and Jason took care of me just as well. Both of them were seriously the sweetest people. They were so kind, patient, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And don't even get me started on the salon itself it's so cute. The whole pink aesthetic with the flowers is everything. Super clean, relaxing, and just such a fun, pretty vibe. We both left feeling so put together and taken care of. It was left completely chunky and thick. And when she attempted to polished it down she cut my cuticle and fingers several times with the nail file drill. My toe nails... I'm not even sure what's going on there with the paint job. Just no. I paid $150 for this. Unacceptable. Finger nails were left with whatever this gel stuff is all under my nail and one of the nails is rough and bubbly. There are tons of nail salons within a 5 mile radius. This one was just not it.
