Even though I'm set on furniture, I often get bored and find myself changing things up every couple of years. Visiting this showroom allows me to do so with simple changes such as swapping out accessories. The showroom is well laid out and visually appealing, especially to someone like myself with a degree and background in interior design. Details are so important to me. When they have sales, lookout! Some of the best deals you can get. You've gotta know when to shop. Not long ago I purchased a couple of round pleated pillows for the accent chairs in my living area. Love that I'm treated the same whether I'm buying a $4,000 sofa or a couple of hundred dollars in throw pillows. Lovely showroom and lovely sales team. High quality items.

I am really disappointed in my sofa warranty. I purchased the pet insurance and was told by my…read moresalesperson that they would send a new cushion or make it good as new if it was ruined. That is not the case at all. I just received my "settlement" offer of $500 to keep my sofa as is after spending almost $4,000 on my sofa. There is only damage on one cushion and they will not replace it. It's a leather sofa and no one I have contacted is able to clean it (and certainly not repair it for $500). I feel duped and will never buy another piece of furniture from Joybird.

This dude has no idea about cool or warm paint, undertones, what some new builds are using that are in the colors we are looking for, what are some popular ones nowadays. This is a paint store that doesn't know anything about paint. Lol. Received the absolute opposite service at Rooster's Paint Center in Round Rock and highly recommend them over this 'paint store'.

From planning to move, new to used, Jason, Tux and Tommy know everything there is to know about corporate relocation, capital asset furniture purchasing and office ergonomics. It really doesn't matter your budget, they have been able to accommodate us and our needs. From a 1/2 dozen chairs to a full office configuration, they made the process so easy. The team of engineers and movers were great and made certain your every last desk, key, screw and table top was clean and work-ready. I recommend them first over Cox, Texas Office Supply any other supplier because they simply go beyond and have higher quality products. Call Liquis first.

I came in to get copies of my car key (with fob) and house key. They had to send away for the car key, but gave me the house keys that day. They didn't work, at all. Came back and they replaced them and while the new ones do work, they're pretty stiff in the lock even though the original key wasn't. When the copy of the car key came in, I came back, and it took them about 15 minutes to find it. And it didn't work either. I'm cancelling the order, but apparently they can't just issue a refund - I need to wait for the manager to call me, and then refunds are issued by check (!). I've sunk a fair amount of time and money into this, and all I currently have is two house keys that only kind of work. Really hoping it gets resolved soon. UPDATE: I increased the rating to 3 stars because they sent someone to my home for free to get the keys working better. Their technician was very helpful and professional. They also said I will be receiving a refund for the Subaru key via credit card. I will say all the employees were very nice.

My issue is that they started their pitch with the high priced black series without asking us our budget. Fine, but then we get to the nitty gritty of the BF sale with the free adjustable base. The sales rep then leveled with us that the base mode "was crap" and that he would quote us with the upgraded model which added substantially to the price. The crappy base model was just a bait and switch to get us into the store. Then he did the whole "this price is only good right now" which was followed by his offer to call another store to price match. Bottom feeder sales tactics on display! We walked out and got something comparable at another local store for $1300 less, aka a real BF deal.

In addition, the movers were kind, courteous, and communicative. However, this is not the company I'd recommend using to move if you're looking for experienced movers who know how to maneuver large objects without possible damage. One of the guys was so inexperienced that even after one of the others provided him full step-by-step instructions, he still managed to miss his "Set" cue and hurt himself pretty significantly. This required medical attention, which caused delays and a pick up from the owner. The remaining two guys seemed to not understand the concept of placing a sofa on end to maneuver into a hallway concept. After damaging the corners of my hallway entrance while making several attempts, I opted to have them place the sofa into a wide open room and I'll hire someone else to do what I need. They did a fine job of removing stuff from the truck into the house. If that's all you need in a pinch, LittleGuys will suffice.
