I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. And services that deliver are super important and in high demand. I got quotes from several services on Yelp. Aoun from RCJ was the most straight forward. He communicates really well and is eager to please clients. We set an appt for 2PM. He texted me at 11AM and said he could move it up to 12:00. He arrived at 12:00 on the dot. That is miraculous in this age of 6-hour windows. I needed to have installed: Smart Lock, Video Doorbell, Co2 detector, Smoke Detector, Leak Sensor and glass break sensor. These were being added to my existing security system. So, besides physical installation, they had to be integrated (even something as simple as smoke detector). The job went so smoothly that it was almost unnerving. No grumbling of how a part didn't fit or something wasn't going well. No calls to tech support or trips to the store.
