The female cashier was taking care of me, she even sent someone to get another pair of head phones for me. Staff came back with head phones, we were ready to make care the exchange when another staff came out of no where and said I have to go to the bar and get service there . I was in Micro Center for an hour just to return head phones. The manager Joel and another person told me to go to the bar. After waiting another 10 minutes at the bar for service, I was told by staff (Carlos S.) that it would take 15-20 minutes for a label to print out, which didn't make any sense to me. Instead it took 38 minutes for that label to print , supposedly. Make it make sense.

Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
