So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. For bigger and more expensive items, i would compare pricing as sometimes they are more expensive here. The female cashier was taking care of me, she even sent someone to get another pair of head phones for me. Staff came back with head phones, we were ready to make care the exchange when another staff came out of no where and said I have to go to the bar and get service there . I was in Micro Center for an hour just to return head phones. The manager Joel and another person told me to go to the bar. After waiting another 10 minutes at the bar for service, I was told by staff (Carlos S.) that it would take 15-20 minutes for a label to print out, which didn't make any sense to me. Instead it took 38 minutes for that label to print , supposedly. Make it make sense.
