I brought my macbook pro in an emergency after spilling liquid on the keyboard. I do everything on my Mac, but it's mostly my work tool. I wasn't sure whether to buy a new computer or to have it fixed, but Alex assured me he could fix it and if there were any issues, I'd have 90 days to bring it back. It seems like at first I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it repaired, but it only took a few days. It has been 3 weeks since it was fixed and so far, no issues. I couldn't sign on to my computer, but I had a message that said (loosely) "You can't get on Windows because a file cng.sys is corrupt So, of course, they call me after two days and tell me my hard drive is no good, and they will "back up all my files" and give me a new 1 TB hard drive. I suggested they use the internal "D" drive, and they said then they'd have to format and back up both drives. So, they call me later and tell me that the bill is $162 ! - which is more than they've ever charged me for anything, ever! And I've been going there for years (Of course, it's always the same thing - "Your hard drive's no good - $125, please!" ) But, this time, hundreds of documents - GONE! My bookmarks (Favorites) - GONE! And, finally ... are you sitting down? My D: Drive is GONE! Thousands of songs - GONE! I am so angry, I can't see straight! I called them again, Their immediate response? "Bring it in, we'll take a look at it." They didn't ask one question, they durn sure didn't apologize - and I'm supposed to break down my computer, pay $14 round trip in a cab, and lug that computer into the shop so they can "fix" what was never broken!? read more

Amazing service!! I walked in with my ancient hard drive that was crashing consistently and I was so scared I would lose all my pictures and documents. They had it running within three days & even gave me a storage device where I can store all of my saved documents and pictures!! They're bilingual in English and Spanish, super sweet, and they definitely know what they're working with. The pricing is amazingly affordable and 10x cheaper than Best Buy or Staples. My Daughters Lenovo Chrome book has taken a beating this past year between remote school and quarantine boredom. The hinge broke and I panicked. Alex was so incredibly nice and took the time to show me exactly what was wrong. The metal brackets where the screws that hold it together were broken (this must have taken some work on the part of my 11 year old). While Alex explained he did not do this kind of repair or have these replacement parts, he had me leave the laptop for an hour. Exactly one hour later I received a call to come pick up the computer. He had managed to glue it together to make the otherwise fully functioning device usable. He instructed that if used with more caution the "fix" should hold for some time. When I took out my wallet to pay him, he said "no charge, I really didn't do anything". I beg to differ...he gave me great customer service, a solution to a problem that caused great stress and a go-to for any future computer issues. All Alex asked was that I leave a review...and here it is, Alex is a young man with patience and integrity who I would happily recommend. This business is listed as a USPS location but it is not its primary business. Perhaps like Kinkos and UPS stores, they offer partial postal service, like shipping packages but don't use this location for full USPS service, as you need to go to a regular Post Office. This site came up when I did​ a search for post offices in Yonkers closing, so perhaps they are no longer offering postal assistance. I have no knowledge of their computer services as I don't keep a computer past their shelflife of updates. read more
